This lovely apartment sleeps four with a king size bed in the master as well as a queen bed in the mezzanine. Newly renovated with an updated bathroom. Fabulous kitchen with all the amenities. Washer and Dryer located in the apartment. A wonderful terrace with panoramic views located off the mezzanine. Large dining room and living room. Style is eclectic and interesting, designer infused. Bright, airy and light with abundant windows.

Spacious clean apartment with nicely equipped modern kitchen and bath. Terrace was icing on the cake for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. Steps away from Piazza Mercato, so convenient yet quiet. Easy to take escalator from Posterna to Piazza Mercato, 3 minute walk to apt. Host is very helpful, even picked us up when stranded at the grocery shop. Lovely stay! Up 2 flights of stairs, so be aware.

Great apartment and location

Lovely apartment with windows on 3 sides. Great location near everything but still quiet. Beautiful views of the town and countryside. The apartment is well appointed and the local manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. Only frown side for us was 2 flights of stairs for an ex runner with bad knees.

Outstanding location!

Loved the location! The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. Enrico responded quickly to any questions we had. The only thing to note is that it wouldn't be suitable if you have mobility issues. But otherwise it is ideal.

The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet.

Spoleto for two

We spent a delightful week in this lovely accommodation in the centre of Spoleto. The apartment is exceptionally furnished, modern while maintaining the character of the building. We particularly enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening on the rooftop deck with views of the surrounding rooftops and landscape. We appreciated walking to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, convenient little grocery stores and wine shops, not to mention the historical sights in Spoleto. Spoleto is convenient for day trips to nearby sights in Umbria. Wonderful stay!

Fantastic Stay

Our nearly 2 week stay in this apartment was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and appointed wonderfully. the location was perfect and the town and people were everything we hoped for when we booked this dream trip. we explored every nook and cranny of Spoleto and cant wait to come back again. There are steps but we used them to brush up on our Italian numbers :) you would be hard pressed to find another apartment at this price that's been restored as this one... Thanks Denis and Enrico.

Amazing place. Amazing location

The location is perfect for Spoleto. So many great restaurants to explore. We had a car. So recommend going directly to train station for parking permit at one of the e Parcheggio. We used Spoletosfera. We found it easier to get to. Had to walk a bit to get to apartment. It is 20 euro a month to park. Versus the 20/day! So worth getting the permit. Just need you car info and drivers license or ID. Host was super helpful. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very well stocked kitchen! We visited many sights, wineries and small villages throughout the region. Definitely go the Montefalco Tourist office in the main square for map of Wineries in the area.

Home away from home

This property is better than advertised! We spent 8 nights in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Spoleto's historic center. The apartment, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and very well stocked, is just a few steps from Spoleto's Piazza Mercato. Here you will find small grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. Add a few more steps and you are at the entrance to Spoleto's underground transportation system. This apartment is so convenient - if you are just staying in Spoleto or plan on taking trips to the unbelievably beautiful hill towns of Umbria. Communication with the owner and his local representative is easy, providing an easy check in and out process. We were two adults occupying the apartment but it could easily handle a family of 4 or two couples if sharing a bath is not an issue. The living room provides plenty of space to spread out and the outdoor terrace provides a wonderful setting for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Just spectacular. The building is remarkably quiet despite being so close to the Piazza which had a good collection of young adults hanging around the cafes on the weekend. The building is meticulously clean and the neighbors that we did meet were friendly and helpful. This was our fourth trip to Italy in the past seven years and we have been incredibly fortunate to have had wonderful accommodations each of our trips. This Spoleto apartment was the best of all!

One of our best vacations ever. Perfect property highly recommended

Property is beautiful and exactly as described. Minimal walking (a couple of minutes) to Piazza del Mercato with great restaurants, small markets and great gelato! The apartment is very comfortable and has a wonderful fully equipped kitchen which we used several times. You can walk to stores and large supermarkets at the bottom of the town and then take the motorized underground walkway that has a stop 5 minutes from the apartment. We rented a car several days and made day trips to beautiful nearby towns. Spoleto is beautiful with wonderful people and great restaurants. I will mention, and it is not a negative, that the apartment is on a third (top) floor and there is no elevator, so consider this if you have mobility issues. On the other hand, being on the top floor you get a small terrace (perfect for watching the sunset with wine and treats), nice cool breeze in the late evening and a nice view at night of the Duomo and "La Rocca". Already wondering when we can get back and explore more of Umbria and the Marche.

A wonderful return to this apartment in Spoleto. The location at the top of the town remains unparalleled in my opinion. The kitchen continues to provide ample room for cooking at home. We will be back again next year!

Stellar location off of the Piazza Mercato with daily access to fresh markets and stores. Have coffee on your terrace or in a cafe steps away from your door. It is an immaculate apartment! I If you like to cook, the kitchen is one of the best I have used in my 15 years of travel in Italy. I rented for one month and am already planning to return next year. Come to Spoleto!

Das Appartement ist eine ruhige Insel im manchmal etwas geschäftigen Treiben, bequem, geschmackvoll und grosszügig eingerichtet und gut unterhalten, in der obersten Etage eines ehrwürdigen Hauses gelegen, die Uebergabe freundlich und unkompliziert. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es alles, was man zum Leben braucht: Läden aller Art, Restaurants, Bars. Das kulturelle Angebot im Städtchen ist beachtlich (Römisches, Kirchen, Museen auch mit zeitgenössischer Kunst). Das Parkplatzproblem ist mit den Parkhäusern und den Rollbändern und Liften vorbildlich gelöst. Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen!

Essential Umbria

My husband and I spent three weeks in this delightful apt. and experienced the historic town of Spoleto. The hosts made sure that our every need was met and even had a contact in town to help orient us. This home is extremely clean and well equipped with a new, hotel quality bathroom - very important to me! The pictures say it all and the views from the grand windows are breathtaking. It's on my favourites list and we hope to return one day.

Bellissimo!

Out of the 15 trips we have made to Italy and the dozens of places we have stayed, this is the best of all. No stone was left unturned to make guests feel at home and comfortable. The Bells are five-star hosts!!! And Spoleto is a wonderful place to visit. We spent two weeks there and left with tears in our eyes.
