The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of Ceará and maybe Brazil. It is located in the mouth of the Jaguaribe River, which, in fact, forms an estuary. Thus, the water of the river, in front of the house, is, in fact, water of the sea that advances in the continent for about twenty kilometers. This geographical situation means that the river that passes in front is full of fish (sea bass, carapeba, saunas ...) and pure water, lending itself therefore to fishing and bathing. More information The space The house built on plans has a beautiful view of the dunes and the vegetation of the mangroves on the other side of the river. Featuring a decoration based on the eucalyptus wood, it has a beautiful deck by the pool, a very ventilated place where you can enjoy a barbecue done right there and enjoy the beauty of the place, taking a dip in the pool. All the luminaires in the house were made by Rômulo, an award-winning artisan from Ceará, which provides a climate of native sophistication. The house has 4 master suites with air conditioning, electric shower and cabinets / dressers. Added to these is a small support suite with fan and no electric shower. The issue of air conditioning or mechanical ventilation is one more item of comfort because the place is full of pure air ventilation. It has on the upper level a large living room with TV with satellite channels, sofas, tables and chairs from where you can, through a window, appreciate the beauty and feel the breeze of the place. On the lower level there is a kitchen with all the basic utensils, dining room that has coffee makers and main meals, also having a living room with satellite TV that precedes a generous balcony, very close to the pool. The balcony has two bathrooms in support of the deck, all built in eucalyptus and guajará taubilhas that cover a decorative pyramid to the center of the roof deck. The whole house has wireless network by radio signal. For the rooms presented, 4 suites on the upper level, a support suite on the lower level can be concluded that the house comfortably accommodates at least 10 people. There is parking space for five vehicles under an arbor of carnauba and eucalyptus trees. It has access ramps to the upper level as well as access to the lower level, and can therefore naturally receive people with reduced mobility so that they can enjoy the many noble spaces that the house offers. The house was built for the enjoyment of the family, fulfilling a dream so that they possessed a space to reunite the children, the grandchildren and the friends of the couple. So everything was done with care and care.
