Modern Rustic Home Central to Savannah and Tybee

Morgan Estates welcomes you to our modern rustic home which is nestled between historic downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. This house is located in Whitemarsh Island and approximately 15 minutes in either direction. Includes many amenities as you would have in your own home and just minutes from Publix supermarket, Walmart, and restaurants such as Papa's Barbecue, Jalapenos Mexican Grill, and Asian Fusion. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8-10 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches. The following amenities are included: - Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. - Washer and dryer including detergent. - Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys for the kids. - Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. - Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, facial soap, and makeup remover wipes. - Bathroom, hand, facial and beach towels provided. - Spacious fenced backyard. - Board games. - Free wifi. - SlingTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Showtime and Starz.

It was the perfect location for our golf tournament at Savannah CC. We stayed last year and liked it so much we went back. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen was nice but we didn’t use it. The host is always quick to respond! Thanks Jimmy. See your house again next year.

It was very comfortable. Nice back yard area. We were on the Golf Course most of the time so didn’t really get a chance to take advantage of it. Lots of good restaurants around the area and Publix right behind the house. We will stay again next year if available!

Perfect location

We were just 15 minutes from downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. The rooms were the perfect size. Just enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook breakfast every morning.
