Really not much to do in the area nearest beach is a hour absolutely no night life so if your stay is for relaxation it’s absolutely worth it

From the owner: "The nearest beach is a 15 minute drive at best, Night Life, Jensen Beach & Port Salerno are both very active most nights. Every Thursday at Jensen Beach (a 15 minute drive) there is an art & music offering. There are many quality restaurants within 10 minutes of the house. Tradition Field (Winter home of the METS ) is a 10 minute drive from the house."

The check-in and kitchen facilities were good, the filter on the pool was not working, so we had to do a lot of skimming before we swam, the master bath shower did not have hot water, and the tiles were coming off the wall. The toilet was not securely attached to the floor. There was a second bath and shower, so we made due. Other wise the space was clean, bug-free, and pretty comfortable.

Everything about our stay was great. Great location within the Port St. Lucie area was perfect to access all our favorite places. House was in a great neighborhood and the house was well-stocked with what we needed to get started. The owner was very responsive with anything we needed or with questions. Pool was a plus. Relaxation in Port St. Lucie

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and love this place and location. Quiet neighborhood and safe, but it's close to many of the places and friends that we visit during this time. And easy to get to Jensen Beach. Communication with property manager was great. Fortunately, it was warm, so the pool was used often as well. The only suggestion (not a complaint) would be to heat the pool. We're always willing to pay an extra fee for that. Thank you!

For the most part, the area was peaceful and a decent place to stay.The areas that need attention in the house:-toilet in master bath needs to be secured to the floor. It was wobbly whenever someone sits on toilet seat-the headboards were loose on the twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Whenever there's movement on bed it would shake.-electrical outlets in masterbedroom need replacement. Anything plugged in the outlet would be loose and no connection to electricity.-garage door kept getting stuck midway up or down.-skimmer in pool not working. tons of bugs on top of pool water all the time.

Spring Training

Recommendations:After a long day, travel, it would have been nice to have had some bath soap, coffee for in the morning, perhaps even bottled water in fridge & dishwashing liquid. Roofers should not have been scheduled during a renters stay. Televisions and bedroom and living room need to be user-friendly and updated. There were certainly several glitches/outages. Toilet in master bath needs to be stabilized. On a positive note, all appliances worked very well.

Many problems

Lots of problems that we have been given the run around with (contact person, owner, Evolve Management and VRBO). Last time we will rent thru them. Arrived in the evening and the house smelled horribly of bug spray and it took 2.5 hours with all wondows and doors open and fans going for us to feel safe to go to bed sliding doors are not secure, one's lock part fell on the ground when we opened the door, old noodles in the kitchen sink drain, used razor cover and hair in bath tub drain, toilet runs constantly, light socket in bathroom doesn't work, security Alarm going off and no one will answer their phone or text, luckily a neighbor knew the code, one lamp was plugged in but falling apart, pool is not clean and has a film all around the edges. Never again!

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - The alarm code is provided in the guest book, but we are happy that our neighbor was able to help you out. - The odor was not bug spray it was motorcycle militance that was done by the guest before you. We apologize for this. - Our cleaning company does a superior job and we have not had any complaints but we will pass this feedback to them so they are aware of this. - We are not aware of any issues with the toilet but will look into this.We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und liegt nur wenige Fahrminuten von unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Bis Stuart Beach sind es ebenfalls nur ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und man hat ein gutes Wohngefühl. Auch der Pool und der Poolbereich sind groß und gemütlich zum Verweilen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß allerdings sind die Möbel so angerichtet, dass man den, für die Größe des Wohnzimmers, leider zu kleinen Fernseher nur in sehr ungemütlichen Sitzpositionen gut sehen kann. Allerdings wae dies nicht weiter störend, da wir nur wenig Zeit hatten, um Fernseh zu schauen. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen und wieder dort buchen

My family and I enjoyed a whole week here and the house was large enough for all of us which was 3 adults and 4 children. We all enjoyed the pool and fishing behind the house in the canal. We are already planning to go again next year and would definitely book this house again.

Enjoyed our stay.

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The manager was pleasant accommodating. Our only problem was there was no cable TV as advertised. We had to use roku and we had no clue how to use it. It only worked on the tv in the livingroom and not in the bedrooms. If you like to watch live TV and are technically challenged good luck with using the roku.

Wonderful Stay

This property is very nice and true to the pictures shown. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pool was nice and the canal view was beautiful. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and close to most stores. We were 10 minutes from Jensen Beach, which I highly recommend. Comfortably fit our family of 6. The caretaker reached out to me upon day of arrival and was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again if ever in the area.

What a wonderful get away! I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee by the pool and watching the cranes. The evenings were blissful as we watched the sun set. We were just a short drive to Jensen Beach for awesome shell collecting and a seafood lunch. I can't wait to go back.

Disappointed in the home

I was disappointed when I arrived with the furniture. Honestly when we sat in the living room I felt the need to cover the furniture with a blanket before sitting on it. When we walked in the house it smelled like it has been closed up and musty. My children came to visit and said it smelled like an old person had lived here. The furniture was mismatched the living room television was small and difficult to see from as far away as the chair was positioned. Just believe the home needed some TLC but could certainly be a great place.

Beautiful Canal View

Very nice. The house was as described in the listing. We loved to sit out by the pool and watch the birds in the canal. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach and many parks. We really enjoyed our stay.
