Amazing views from the 3rd floor balcony, clean linens, a home away from home. 2 queen beds with a pullout out sofa. Minimum age of primary renter is 26. No pets allowed. Non smoking building. Local shopping nearby. Black Hills convenience!

There is 1 dedicated parking spot for the condo, overflow parking on the side of the building first come first served. If not available, Deadwood has a city lot that is free for oversized vehicles. That lot is only 5 minutes away. Or parking below condo on street for 72 hours.
