Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent, convenient parking to the unit. The balcony was absolutely filthy, the outdoor furniture was an absolute disgrace, broken chairs. The carpet was in dreadful condition as well as the oven and grill was filthy and all the kitchen utensils and crockery need replacing there wasn't 4 of the same coffee until we spoke to the agency and they replaced with new wine glasses and mugs. We have stayed at this property on numerous occasions and thought the cleaners would be able to let the rental agency know of our concerns ie broken outdoor furniture, filthy balcony and the carpet. The garage was full of junk and this was there when we stayed in March. Whale Coast Realty were an absolute delight to deal with and I think the owner needs to see for themselves what needs attention. I would only recommend this property to a friend is our comments have been addressed.

Reviewer Comments: The stay was lovely Property wasn’t quite as appeared in the photos but was very comfortable and clean.Staff were supportive and made arrangements easy.What would have been helpful was where to find the garage - a kind resident guided us in the right direction.Views was amazing, beds and furnishings were comfortable Would suggest for improvement - installation of a split system as would imagine would get very warm in summer and cold in winter. Wasn’t very warm while there but found by afternoon unit was quite warmWould recommend whale coast realty - I would recommend the property but not in hotter or colder weather

Would have been happy to stay indoors all day, soaking up winter sunshine and watching passing parade on boardwalk Access level, and although unit was a little dated, mainly clean. Suitable for either small family or older couple. Helpful advice from realty personnel, friendly town, beautiful coastal scenery and the freshest fish and chips ever!

The place was great. Only downside was the surprise waiting for us in the toilet bowl upon arrival.
