Fantastic location less than 100 metres from Normanville beach, jetty, foreshore, beach cafe and surf club.

The house offers a great opportunity to effortlessly enjoy Normanville Beach. After spending a day on the beach the cafes and Normanville Hotel is only a short stroll away. Tennis courts are available to use only 30 metres away.

This house is well appointed with 3 bedrooms, Three queen size beds (A sofa bed and a trundle are also available), modern kitchen and laundry facilities. The house includes a self-contained retreat under the main roof with its own bathroom, kitchen and air-conditioning (sleeps 2-4).

The house can accommodate 6 adults comfortably and a family of 8 (sofa bed and trundle are for children only) It provides the opportunity for two or more families to enjoy each other's company whilst still offering individual accommodation.
The entertainment/bbq area overlooks the Bungala River and surrounding hills.

Normanville offers great fishing, local wineries, excellent scuba and snorkelling spots, local golf, art galleries horse riding, bushwalking and much more.

Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)

Close to everything, walking distance of tennis courts which are free and beach

Good location, great for 1 family. Well stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor area. Lots of board games, puzzles, tennis raquets/balls. Sofa in longer needs updating instead of outdoor plastic rattan lounge. Photo's need updating as 1 sofa bed & stove in granny flat non-existent. Ceiling fans would be good & outdoor screens on windows would be good. Screen on showers would be less messy. Bathroom door needs planing as it doesn't shut properly. Just some tips for the owners to consider

Fantastic location and very comfortable stay

We had a lovely time staying right near the jett. We had a very comfortable bed and blockout curtains helped us catch up on sleep. The outdoor area was nice to sit in overlooking the creek

Great location but not clean or comfortable

Great location, but cleanliness of property was lacking. All dishes and cutlery had to be rehashed on arrival and bedrooms smelt like mice were living there. Furniture in living and dining was also very uncomfortable. For the same price last year I stayed in a deluxe home on the esplanade in a close beachside location so when comparing the two properties this one was definitely the poor cousin.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and shops. Lovely clean and comfortable house with plenty of parking. Should only sleep 8 as the sofa beds would not be suitable
