The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, hob, oven, extractor hood, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Ideal for self catering.
The living and dining area is equipped with a dining table, bench and chairs, a cozy sofa (pull-out) and a flat screen.

Unterkunft sehr Sauber, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Veranstaltungen zu Pfingsten im Ort sehr begrenzt .Am TV Gerät ist es sehr Schwer Mediegeräte Anzuschließen. Hier empfehlen wir eine Bewegliche Wandhalterung.Sonst gibt es wirklich nichts zu Meckern.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Frau Holtmann und waren auch dieses Mal wieder sehr zufrieden. Wir fühlen uns in der Wohnung sofort wie zu Hause und Lage ist einfach unschlagbar :) Wir kommen sicher noch ein drittes Mal.

Ungenaue Angaben über Nebenkosten

Das Objekt war sehr schön , gut gelegen . Nur leider haben wir am Ende des Aufenthaltes fast das Doppelte bezahlt aufgrund von unangesprochenen Nebenkosten ( auch unangemessen preislich ) deshalb nie wieder …..leider

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung super. Lage perfekt. Kommunikation verlief eigentlich auch problemlos. Preislich finde ich persönlich etwas zu hoch aber es ist halt die Küste und der Aufenthalt war über Ostern. Alles in allem aber alles prima gewesen

Kurzurlaub in Lubmin

Die Unterkunft ist super schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie zuhause. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine perfekte Lage, bei der man vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen kann. Wir haben nur einen Kurzurlaub gemacht aber falls wir mal wieder ohne unseren Hund an den Bodden fahren wollen, werden wir diese Unterkunft buchen. Einziger Tip: immer den extra Schlüssel mitnehmen und nicht nur auf das elektronische Türschloss vertrauen. Dieses hat uns nicht immer zuverlässig in die Unterkunft gelassen. Ansonsten war alles super 👍

Vielen Dank für diese schöne Bewertung. Genau daran arbeiten wir, dass sich unsere Gäste genauso wohl fühlen wie wir. Die Technik des Schlosses, abhängig von der Internet Verbindung, können wir leider nicht beeinflussen, dafür gibt es dann ja noch den analogen Schlüssel, aber wenn es funktioniert(meistens) ist es wunderbar.

Alles perfekt!

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in Lubmin und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Vom Geschirrspüler über die Mikrowelle bis zum Toaster ist alles vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es nur 150 Meter. So konnten wir vor dem Frühstück im Bademantel zur Ostsee gehen und in die Wellen hüpfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Lubmin. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Tolle Lage, man ist schnell am Strand und der Wald ist auch nicht weit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr schöne Lage. Preis ist auch ok. Leider hohe Kosten für Endreinigung, die Qualität ist nicht ihr Geld wert.

Undurchsichtige Kostentransparenz in der App

88€ Service Gebühr (?Provision FEWO Direkt?) bei der Buchung über die App. Bei Anreise werden 74€ für Reinigung an den Hausmeister Service fällig. Lt. Vertrag mit dem Vermieter bekommt man 100€ Kaution nach Abreise erstattet, lt. App kann die Kreditkarte nach Abreise mit 100€ für Schäden belastet werden. Wir haben nichts erstattet und nichts belastet bekommen. Vor der Buchung über FEWO Direkt sind diese Gebühren etc. nicht sichtbar. Die Unterkunft war gut, die Lage direkt am großen Spielplatz und am Strand war perfekt für unsere 3 Kinder.

Schönes Mädels-Wochenende

Die Ferienwohnung liegt kurz vor dem Strand. Man kann das Meer abends hören, wenn man auf dem Balkon oder der Terrasse steht. Das Haus ist perfekt für vier Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein grosszügiger Wohnbereich. Dass Balkonzimmer ist schön hell und groß. Das Kinderzimmer etwas kleiner aber ausreichend. Es ist alles geschmackvoll und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation war gut. Alles in allem .... toll! Immer wieder gern.

Unfreundliche und unflexible Vermieterin

Wir konnten die Reise leider nicht antreten, da die Veranstaltung, zu der wir vor Ort angereist wären, kurzfristig abgesagt wurde. Leider gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen der Vermieterin bzgl. Verschiebung der Buchung oder das Suchen eines anderen Nutzers für das Wochenende. Wir wurden lediglich mehrfach darauf gedrängt, unsere Buchung zu stornieren. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin, ob bei einer neuen Vermietung nach unserer Stornierung dann eine (auch anteilige) Kostenerstattung möglich wäre, wurden wir nur schroff auf die Vertragsbedingungen hingewiesen. Über die Wohnung können wir also leider keine Auskunft geben, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin aber leider gar nicht empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in Lubmin

Der Wochenend-Kurzurlaub im Mai in Lubmin war einfach nur klasse. Zur Ferienwohnung können wir einstimmig nur gutes sagen: super Lage, sauber, schönes Bad, gute Möbel, kleine Terrasse inkl. Feuerkorb und Grill….jederzeit gerne wieder :-)
