Fantastic stay at Studio Nouveau

Very nice, clean and modern studio with fantastic view over the sea. Friendly communication with the owner and definately a place we'd love to come back to.

Nice spot and stylish apartment

Nice stay for 3 days in Lorne. Good location with sea views and walking distance to town. Comfortable stay and stylish apartment. Of note is the requirement to clean the apartment, including vacuuming and to clean the shower, above what you would usually expect for a “leave how you found it apartment” stay.

Great location

Lovely property, walkable distance to town.Only downfall was the balcony wasn’t really usable as there was no working shade sail and the chairs were not comfortable.An air fryer would be great as there isn’t an oven.

Lorne summer stay

House has a great view, disappointing no wifi (I should have checked more thoroughly) and TV reception poor. Has most things you need although need to bring your own linen which was ok but could be difficult for some people. Maybe needs an update with kitchen utensils, etc.

Lovely studio in great location

We stayed for a lovely weekend in this studio. Minor quibbles up front - (as others have commented) the requirement to clean whilst paying a cleaning fee does seem a bit cheeky. There were cleaning products supplied but no cleaning cloths which made things awkward. As advertised, there are no condiments/toiletries, this includes even the basics often supplied elsewhere- soap, tea and coffee. You will need to bring everything you need. There are a number of instructions and notes to keep things clean and treat doors,blinds etc carefully. All of which does take the edge off a fully relaxed holiday vibe. That said, this is a great place to stay, quiet, yet close to centre of Lorne (especially if you’re prepared to walk the steep steps down the hill). The studio is very comfortable and the floor to ceiling windows allow stunning views. We enjoyed watching the kookaburra positioned every morning on the power pole close by.

Nice quiet spot, good views, modern unit

Stayed here for one week. We enjoyed all aspects of the apartment. It's perched up on the hill, good views and has most modcons.

Beautiful home in a stunning location

Can't fault this accommodation. The views are spectacular and it's so close to the action! It was clean and well presented and the perfect size for the two of us. We will be returning!

The apartment was stylish, well serviced and wonderfully situated. More than enough space for couples wanting a quiet getaway in idyllic Lorne. Highly recommended!

Glass house with an Ocean view

The appartment was perfectly located and well appointed/ comfortable. We loved staying here and found the host very helpful and accommodating. The only disappointment was the fact that we were expected to vacuum and clean the bathroom/ toilet prior to departure. We would have expected that cleaning fees should have been covered for the price that we paid, as is the usual case with most holiday rentals.

Great little place, close to all everything.

Great spot for couples or small family. Close to the main shops and with great views and sounds of the ocean. The only couple of things that I didn’t think of was a hair dryer and tea towels. Overall, we loved it, thanks Peter. 👍🏼

Christmas stay

Nice modern property. Easy walk to the main street and beach. Well equipped for 2 people. A little chilly in the evenings, but then that's Lorne. Plenty of bird life come to visit on the balcony.
