Recently remodeled farmhouse/country cottage! Its comfortable, quaint, and very private. The property is gated with a seasonal pond and the grounds are like your own park! Close to Derby, shopping and restaurants, and 15 minutes from downtown Wichita. The 10 acre country setting has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, great room, dining area and country kitchen. There are two decks for dining, and taking in the beautiful views, or simply to relax. Perfect for family gatherings or simply enjoying the country lifestyle! This is our family sanctuary. Abundant wildlife is safe here including wild turkey, deer, ducks, mallards, Canadian geese and so much more. Located on a newly paved road but 1/4 mile tucked away with over 500 trees including black walnut, sycamore, maple, willow and giant cottonwoods.

This home away from home is truly a special place and offers a remarkable experience. Away from the big city but close to everything. Unplug for a bit! We hope you love and respect our special place.

No hunting or shooting. Bonfires only with permission. BBQ seasonal.

What makes this property unique

This is a very special property with complete privacy overlooking a beautiful pond with giant cottonwoods,sycamore and walnut trees. Large meadows, Prarie and farmland. Not your typical rental.
