Unit A- The Beautiful RoseMary Barndo

NO EVENTS OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED at this VRBO. Weekdays and some weekends are available to anyone. Wedding parties and their friends or families that we are hosting weddings for at The RoseMary (on booked weekends) are priority for available dates! Not ideal for small children or anyone unable to climb stairs as it's located on the second and third floor.
Please include the name of the wedding when requesting to book when coming in for a wedding please. If you aren’t coming for a RoseMary wedding, please give us the details on the reason for your visit to McKinney. Only 12 guests allowed! We are very strict on our max occupancy of 12. Please do not book if you have more than 12. We are not suitable for before or after parties and it's strictly prohibited. This two story bardominium is so beautiful with a fun modern feel. It has a white shiplap kitchen with open shelving, gold fixtures throughout and all of the cool modern farmhouse feels. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 living areas. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has (1) queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. It’s little over 2000 bardominium and sleeps up to 12. It’s located on the second and third floor of our three story barn. No event gatherings or parties are allowed. The stairs railing is cabled leading up to the third floor and not suitable for small children unsupervised. We have onsite live-in staff next door to the Barndominium located on 6 acres. Only 12 guests allowed at all times during your stay. Exterior Security Camera located on the deck. You will be asked to leave if occupancy is exceeded! Property is on a routine schedule pest maintenance. However, a bug may get in due to our weather conditions here, so beware you may encounter a bug during your stay. We also have the standard checklist when checking out that most all other short term rentals have. Access is limited to the deck and
your car area only. We kindly ask
that you DO NOT explore the rest
of the venue property, as we have
other events and activities scheduled.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take trash to the dumpster out in the venue parking lot.
Do not explore the property!
Please remove all cars from the VRBO parking area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are NOT allowed in or around any other structures on property and are restricted to the barndominium and the adjoining deck area.
Drop off, then cars must be moved to venue lot. No trailor or RV parking. Please MOVE YOUR CARS TO VENUE!
Absolutely no smoking or pets! You will be charged and asked to leave if you violate any of our rules.
