About this property

Summary:
This is a one bedroom unit right on Tugun beachfront by the patrolled swimming area, with just one bike track to cross. It is a basic unit, but comfortable and is tiled throughout and opens to a covered patio to watch the world go past and enjoy the beach views.
It is a downstairs unit, on the left, in a small block of three.

This unit has access to one unsecured garage and a shared laundry.

It is situated opposite the Tugun Surf Club and just a short walk to shops, bakeries, restaurants and public transport. This unit is only a short drive to the M1 and the Gold Coast Airport.

*For Bookings created after July 19, 2023 only: Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds!

A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

did not like the lack of cleanliness the fly screens are effective at keeping the flies in there must have been a hundred flies inside when we arrived the shower floor waste was very smelly maybe the water trap had died up whilst flat was vacant the flat needs a deep clean and if the curtains and mats cant stand being washed then get some new ones clean the windows and mirrors maybe pressure clean the grimy screens maybe put a pedestal fan in the unit we abandoned the flat after one day and night did not help that upstairs neighbours were shifting and arguing

We'll Be Back!

Excellent location, directly in front of the beach and the patrolled area, and within a short stroll of supermarkets, restaurants and many other shops. Comfortable bed, and good block-out curtains. The staff at LJ Hooker were terrific; there were a couple of minor issues which they dealt with very promptly. We went SUPing in the nearby Currumbin Creek every day and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll be back!
