Or if you have a favorite pair of boots or shoes, please free free to bring those with you to be fixed during your stay or we are glad to mail them back to you.

Why they chose this property

We have used this property for our 2nd business location for the past 7 years. Recently we closed this location and wondering what to do with the building we decided to renovate the building into 2 separate apartments for "A HOME AWAY". This is the 1st of 2 apartments And this one is attached to the back side of our 2nd Airbnb with FREE Private Parking in the rear with a Carport on the premises and street parking in the front. Our apartment is nestled in a quaint setting and located on the West end of the Delano District in Downtown Wichita, KS. Our properties are free of pet dander due to our NO PETS ALLOWED POLICY. Although we love animals as most humans do, we made the choice to not allow pets in or on our properties.

Cozy, Quiet and Exceptionally Clean for your stay Is located in a light industrial neighborhood. Surrounding businesses and residential homes you will find families walking their dogs and an occasional child walking home from school.
