Rosemary and Dave are excellent host. We thoroughly enjoyed staying on the yacht and especially the boat ride Dave took us on. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful, understanding and fun guests! We would be more than happy to welcome them back. They took great care of the yacht and left it completely ship shape. It is very rewarding when guests so obviously enjoy the boat experience.
Small hiccups along the way but communication from host was great and did everything they could to fix minor issues. It’s definitely a experience to try neverless! Easy access too and stayed quiet. Saw baby ducks which was really cute. Something about the water is so relaxing
I was happy with our stay here. There were some issues with the boat mechanically, but overall it was an enjoyable experience. It was a little crammed with four guys, but I would do it again.
There were 3 adults over 60. We enjoyed the new experience but it was very small. We have stayed in larger RV. Don’t take a big group. The yacht was very clean. Rosemary was very good to communicate and work with

It is hardly fair to compare a 40' yacht with the really large RV's around. 4 adults can be very comfortable on board remembering that there are large outdoor reclining and sitting options. Perhaps you should have visited a boat of that size before booking .
We really enjoyed our stay on the boat! The area was very peaceful and the view was nice. We ordered dinner and we ate steamed seafood on the back deck of the boat for a memorable evening! Rosemary and David were very kind and they even let me bring coconuts home to our children from the trees from their yard! We recommend this boat if you are a couple who wants to stay somewhere unique for a special weekend!
Rosemary and David were the highlight of our stay. Accommodating friendly and wonderful to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat everything worked as it should. Make sure to ask questions before booking a stay on a boat as it is not the same as a hotel. It is a unique experience and we always enjoy staying on the water. Again the best part of our stay was meeting Rosemary and David.
We had a great time staying on the boat. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. Rosemary was very responsive and flexible as we had some delays in our flight so we arrived for checkin much later than planned. The location was perfect, short driving distance to Los Olas Blvd and Lauderdale By the Sea. We also did a day trip out to Miami and Palm Beach.
The boat itself was cozy and quaint. We noted that it could used a more thorough cleaning - as we noticed many cob webs and occasionally saw crawling critters. However it did not throw us off but I’m not sure how other people would feel about that. The bathroom / shower is small but manageable and did not bother us.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay on the boat. It was a first for us and quite liked the experience. Especially during this pandemic, we appreciated having a place to ourselves with little/no contact with others like we would’ve at a hotel.
Wife and I anted to I stay on a boat like this to see if it was something we may consider investing in and owning in the future. David and rosemary are delightful and we're attentive to the degree necessary, without interupting our privacy. They provide extra towels (very important when staying on a boat). and plenty of additional amenities you usually don't expect in a VRBO.
. They clearly work very hard to keep the boat in a good condition. Having owned boats, I recognized the maintenance and upkeeps involved. The boat was unbelievable roomy. Most boats in that class would be very tight with anything more that 2 people. We had gueata over and I'd not feel cramped.
Parking in the very quaint neighborhood is very limited, but hosts do a reasonable job managing that for the stay Still I would plan for any outside guests to Uber for a visit.
Would definitely recommend for a unique experience.
We enjoyed our stay on the boat. Rosemary and David were excellent hosts! Communication from the start to end was excellent. The weather was challenging so we spent more time than we normally would of on the boat. As a honest reviewer I would point out the space is small, and down under deck so might not work for everyone but worked fine for us. The morning we left the sun did come out and David took us for a boat ride down the canal and out to the ocean. He was a wonderful captain and guide and we really enjoyed the ride! We would book again.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Rosemary & David are the sweetest. I never stayed on a boat before so this was a great experience. She even surprised me with brownies for my 30th birthday 🥳 Definitely Will visit again!!!!
Rosemary has a nice condo with parking in front and a 40' boat in the back on her dock. She was super nice and accommodating. Parking is a little challenge since the space is tight in front of her condo but she manages it very well and we had no issues at all. The boat was very clean and comfortable. Nothing was missing which could improve the stay. It's always nice to sleep on the water while a boat is rocking. The shower/ toilet is a little small but this is what we expected as boaters. It's the same on all boats because space is at a premium. I was so pleased with out stay that I will go back to Rosemary when next time in Fort Lauderdale. A perfect visit for us.
We've owned a boat in the past, so I know things happen all the time. Day 1, returned to boat and AC was out (we were told at check-in not to set below 70 because there was a problem and we obliged, turns out it was an electrical overload and power cord burned up so no power in morn). So, first night was sweaty. We were going to go to a hotel but car was blocked in. (there is NOT ample parking). Upon arrival, things looked pretty OK. However, the boat is in need of a thorough cleaning. Hair in drains and black mold (all boats have mold but this was excessive, esp behind shower door) Head (toilet) smelled, this can be addressed by adding a deodorizer to holding tank. Asked not to wear shoes, understandable as carpets are tough to clean but without, tons of someone else's long dark hair stuck to feet. A/C ducts are dirty. Sink water comes up through shower drain, drains are slow and need attention. We didn't spend any time on the boat, just slept there. It needs cleaning and I highly doubt it was disinfected. The hosts were polite but bottom-line: don't rent a property in FL with AC issues and clean it, inside and out.
We had a great girls weekend away! Rosemary and David were great hosts. The boat was clean and a unique experience. Perfect for a quick trip. We hit a couple snags the day we went out on water, which was a little disappointing, but truly at no fault to them. The AC shut off a couple times and David was very quickly responsive to show us how to turn it back on. The cabin was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. They offered great suggestions for dining locations. We used Uber to and from dining and the beach. Fares were low and it was easily accessible. Overall a great weekend & We would love to stay again!
Nice & quiet. Relaxing & easy going. Staying on a big boat keeps you from all the negatives of a hotel. Crowds, elevators, vallets, etc. PLUS you can take your room for a ride through the waterways of the area.
My young son and I visited family in the area. Staying on the boat was super, it had everything we need and something different than the usual! The owners were great and nice convenient location.
