Built in the Spanish style villa with exceptional architecture is very well maintained, quiet and with 4 500 m² offers enough space. Here you will find surrounded by sympathetic Sicilian neighborhood relaxation and living pleasure.

Only 115 km from Catania airport, Villa for self catering with the car in about an hour's drive is achieved. The house has three bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area, two bathrooms with shower or Bathtub and a roof terrace with 45 sqm. Thanks stove, the villa is also used in winter. Ideal to escape the cold season in Germany.

For a cozy atmosphere, the covered terrace and the coach house provides (garage) with a covered barbecue area and separate shower / toilet. An outdoor shower is also available. The wide sandy beach is only 2 km away.

The house manager on site speaks German and Italian, and informs you on arrival to the conditions of the building. For a fee, she is also available for additional care.

Amazing stay, loved every day there! The place is beautiful & the hosts are great! Corrina is a fantastic helper, was so kind & caring & made sure it was perfect. Couldn't have been better!!! :)

Diese ausgesprochen schöne Villa diente uns 4 Wochen lang bis Mitte November als Ausgangsbasis für tägliche Ausflüge im Südosten von Sizilien. Das Haus ist sehr individuell und praktisch gestaltet sowie wirklich gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war gepflegt und sauber. Man merkte sofort, dass die Vermieter es selbst häufig nutzen. Wir fühlten uns darin sehr wohl. Die Vermieter in Deutschland und die Hausverwalterin vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Très belle maison et très beau jardin, proche de la plage (3km que nous faisions à vélo fourni).C'est très calme aussi, commerces à Pozzallo et mini Market proche de la plage. Nous avons passés 15 jours très agréables et la personne qui nous a réceptionné est charmante. Pas mal de cultures aux alentours donc ça n'a pas le côté chic balnéaire et touristique, mais ce n'est pas plus mal si l'on fuit la foule. Je recommande vivement.

Una bella vacanza al mare nella Sicilia barocca

Villa ben curata e signorile con spazi interni ben divisi e comodi e con bel giardino e ampio parcheggio. L'unica pecca la presenza dell'aria condizionata solo in una delle camere da letto; nei giorni più caldi se ne sente la mancanza.

Schöner Familienurlaub.

Wir haben das Haus für 17 Tage um Sommer gebucht. Die Außenanlage sowie das Erscheinigungsbild des Hauses sind traumhaft. Es ist genauso wie beschrieben. Allerdings ist es von innen nicht ganz so schön wie von außen. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen nicht ganz so sauber. Trotzdem ist es ein super Haus und wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Strand und das Meer sind traumhaft und die umliegende Städte auch.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir (5 Personen) fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl in dem großen gut ausgestatteten Haus. Auch das Grundstück war sehr groß und gepflegt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und der Standort eignete sich sehr gut, um Ausflüge zu machen. In kurzer Entfernung liegt ein schöner Strand. Hervorragend war auch die gute und schnelle Kommunikation zum Vermieter. Vielen Dank noch einmal.

Fresca Sicilia

Siamo stati 8 gg nella villa, in 3 con un pastore tedesco. Era la settimana più calda del mese e non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo. L'interno é fresco (la camera superiore non è stata usata) ma anche stando fuori sotto il porticato (colazione pranzo e cena rilassanti). La dotazione della villa è eccellente! Dalle bici al barbecue e anche il tavolo da ping pong...al suo interno non mancava nulla. Il giardino è grande e ben tenuto... ha due fontane e il nostro cane ha apprezzato molto.

Exzellente Ferien

Wir haben die Villa 2 Wochen lang gemietet. Sowohl für den Jünsten (6) als auch der Ältesten (83) ist die Villa vorzüglich. Wir als Eltern und unser Sohn haben die untere Etage in Anspruch genommen, während die Großeltern im "Turm" hausierten. Und das war perfekt! Das gesamte Haus ist nicht nur architektonisch schön, sondern auch der Wohfühlfaktor ist sehr hoch. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und man vermisst gar nichts...die Ausstattung ist wie an einem Hauptwohnsitz. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto in ca .8 Minuten erreichbar und die Strände der Umgebung sind alle wundervoll. Eine ideale Lage für Besichtigungen der barocken Städte der Umgebung (haben wir vormittags bis zum frühen Nachmittag gemacht) sowie für die erholsamen Strandexkursionen (die wir immer nachmittags hatten). Genügend Gastronomie ist in der Umgebung auch vorhanden - alles also bestens!

Ein Urlaub der Superlative

Wir (zwei Ehepaare) hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub - waren das erste Mal auf der Insel Sizilien. Das Wetter spielte mit - denn es war sehr warm, aber auch am Strand windig. Die Villa ist einfach super - es fehlte uns NICHTS - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Männer sind Hobbyköche und haben uns Dank der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche mit den Köstlichkeiten der Insel verwöhnt. Wir waren einfach begeistert über die gepflegte Anlage. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Kurze Wege zum Strand und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die tolle Umgebung. Wir können diese Villa weiterempfehlen!!!

Herrliche Villa - traumhafte Umgebung

Ich kann nur sagen: alles traumhaft. Die Villa ist äußerst gepflegt und man merkt nicht nur aussen - auch innen von der Küche bis zu den Schlafzimmern. Die Villa wird auch sehr intensiv und liebevoll von den Vermietern gepflegt und benützt: Alles ist TOP vorhanden und man hat einen wunderbaren italienischen Urlaub. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind wunderbar: von den barocken Städtchen, über Joggen am endlosen Meer oder Fahrradtouren (4 Fahrräder vorrätig) oder Naturtrips in die Schluchten. Wir waren auch nach zwei Wochen längst nicht überall dort wo wir hinwollten. Nette Nachbarn und romantische Abende. Zugreifen - besser wirds nicht mehr.

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir (4 Personen) verbrachten zwei Wochen in dieser wirklich wunderschönen Villa, deren Architektur wirklich einzigartig ist. Ganz besonders schön fand ich die herrliche Dachterrasse, die auch schon im März zu herrlichem Sonnenbaden einlud. Um die Villa kann man komplett herumlaufen, sodass, egal zu welcher Tageszeit oder aus welcher Richtung der Wind gekommen ist, man immer ein angenehmes Plätzchen finden konnte. Die Parkanlage vor der Villa ist wunderschön gestaltet. Hinter der Villa befindet sich ein großer Garten mit Zitrusbäumchen. Das Turmzimmer hat mit seiner runden Grundform einen ganz besonderen Reiz und läd zum Träumen ein. Wirklich toll war auch, dass die Villa zwei wunderschöne Bäder, eine Spülmaschine sowie eine Waschmaschine hat. Die Lage der Villa unweit des Meeres erlaubte uns Fahrradtouren an das Meer ( ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad). Fahrräder sind in der Villa bereits vorhanden. MIt dem Auto erkundeten wir dann größere sowie kleinere Städte. Neben größeren Städten wie Catania, Enna und Pozzallo, werde ich vor allem Noto, Ragusa und Modica mit ihrem typisch sizilianischen Charme nie vergessen. Alles in allem, war es ein traumhafter Urlaub! Sicher ist, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen, denn es gibt noch so viel zu entdecken!

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub

Im Juni 2011 haben wir zu viert zwei herrliche Ferienwochen in der Villa Spagnola verbracht. Nach Ausflügen zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung (ein Auto sollte man haben!) haben wir uns gern am wunderschönen, ewiglangen Strand erholt, der in zehn Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen ist. Im Juni war dort noch nichts los, das Wasser aber schon angenehm warm. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass zu der hervorragenden Ausstattung der Villa auch vier Fahrräder gehören und die geräumige Küche inklusive Außengrillplatz zum Selberkochen einlädt. Ein Urlaub, in dem alles gestimmt hat. Im besonders schönen runden "Turmzimmer" wäre auch noch Platz für zwei weitere Urlauber gewesen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Tolles Ambiente - perfekte Lage

Im September 2010 haben wir hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub genossen. Die hervorragende Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders angetan hat es uns die überdachte Terasse rund um das Haus. So findet man praktisch zu jeder Tageszeit ein gemütliches Schattenplätzchen. Abends haben wir das Flair und die Ruhe im Schein der beleuchteten kleinen Parkanlage genossen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, so dass von der Pizza, leckeren Fleichgerichten bis zum schwäbischen Apfelkuchen alle kulinarischen Wünsche in Erfüllung gehen konnten. Einkaufen lässt es sich im ca. 20 Minuten entfernten Ispica. Für das Frühstück und die Kleinigkeiten zwischendurch gibt es in der Nähe eine Bar. Mitte September war die Saison bereits beendet und es war wunderbar ruhig aber trotzdem noch herrlich warm. Am Strand, den man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreicht, waren wir nahezu alleine. Für den Herbst haben wir bereits wieder gebucht :-)

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub

Wir (5 Erwachsene) fühlten uns total wohl in der Villa Spagnola. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben sehr gut - das Haus ist bestens gepflegt. Die Rundum-Terrasse bietet wahlweise Sonne oder Schatten, je nach Tageszeit mit Sicht auf die wunderschöne Parkanlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten verschiedene Supermärkte im nahe gelegenen Ispica oder direkt bei den umliegenden Bauern. Brot- und Fischwagen halten an der Straße. Wir empfehlen das Haus guten Gewissens weiter und waren selbst sicher nicht das letze Mal dort!
