Westgate Wonder

Great place. Maybe a tiny drop smaller than in the pictures but possibly the most comfortable bed (and pullout couch) I've expereinced. Being at the Westgate was an added bonus, service was tops. One caveat/negative, it's alot of walking witiin the property to get from place to place.

Great!

Everything was clean. The Westgate Resort property is a bit dated but nice still. Wish both TV’s were smart TV’s, only one was and it wasn’t setup properly. Only cable was available. Bring your own liquid hand soap as there was only bars available. The shower head could use an update as the pressure wasn’t great. Overall, these things were minimal inconveniences and it was still a great place to stay. We’d come back.

Good, almost great

Great location and new, nice finishes. As others have said, property itself is nice but a little worn and crazy layout means you're in a lot of elevators. Pools and hot tub are really nice. The unit itself is decorated really nice. Would love to have ability to connect the TV to the internet for Netflix, Disney. Location to the lifts is even better than expected. Had a hiccup at checkin where the front desk didn't have our reservation. Took us an extra 45 mins to checkin but we did get ahold of the mgmt company and got it sorted out. Bonus for the kids was that the pull out sofa was very comfortable...foam mattress and no bars! Would I stay here again...yes!

The pool was really fun for our kids and the views from the balcony were beautiful. The unit wasn’t super clean and I had to rewash most dishes before using. We were very excited to use the jetted tub in the master, when we turned on the jets our first night, black flakes of what I assume was mold, came shooting out all in the bath water. I let the host know, was expecting maybe a discount because it was such a spendy stay, no reply to my email that included pics and videos.

While our team inspects the kitchen between stays, previous guests occasionally put away dishes that don't meet our standards, and we apologize for that hassle. Our jetted tubs are serviced regularly, but unused lines can develop buildup over time; our team has since re-flushed the system. So Convienent

We loved staying in this unit. The property had full amenities, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and my son loved the ping pong. We ate at the attached restaurant, Drafts, two times, it was decent. Perhaps the best amenity was the uber-like shuttle service. There was an app where you could request a ride to many locations including park city ski resort, deer valley, even the grocery store. It told you how long until the driver arrived. This property is located in the Canyons and we ended up skiing at Park City mostly, so the shuttle was super easy and drops you at a great spot close to the base of the mountain. The beds were very comfortable. The price was high, but I booked kind of last minute, so that's my fault. Great property.

Great if you have younger kids

Property in general is old and has no real ‘polish’. Apartment is nice but cabinetry is fairly cheap and handles are loose and seeming to nearly fall off—don’t want that to be our responsibility. Very limited storage. Hotel staff is very uncoordinated in their service and communication and that’s quite frustrating. Great property location and nice service staff.

We are so sorry to hear your stay was not perfect! Each condo is individually owned and, this particular condo, recently went through a full update/remodel. It is much nice than many and we have hosted very happy guests here. Handles can loosen over time and we would have been happy to send maintenance to tighten them up for you, if reported. The Westgate itself offers 24-hour staffed assistance, free transportation, ski valet, a game room, a fitness center, spa services, a pool and hot tub open all year and even an onsite grocery store! All of that and just steps to the lifts make this home a perfect choice for a convenient and comfortable vacation. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Great Condo

We spent a week in Unit 3901 skiing. The condo was great. It was very clean, equipped with everything we needed in kitchen. Updated furnishings and comfortable chairs, sofa and bed. The location for skiing cannot be beat and the amenities of the Westgate resort are an added bonus. Will definitely look to book this unit again

Great rental

We enjoyed this place. Really liked that they even provided humidifiers , which we used since the air is definitely dry. They also had lots of towels. The decor and updates were amazing . Our only suggestion was that they may need to hook up their SmartTv to the internet with a booster. Why have a beautiful tv that has all those capabilities but not take advantage of it. Everything was clean and the bed was sooo comfortable with lots of great pillows. We come ever year and are never disappointed with the Westgate either. Wonderful trip made even nicer with a beautiful comfortable place to relax! Thank you for sharing your place!

Property was perfect! Loved having a full kitchen and laundry in the unit. Would have been great to get more information about the resort and how to navigate it or pointers on ski rentals.

Park city paradise

Beautiful condo on top floor. Vaulted ceilings give it a grand feel. Nicely decorated. We’ll be back. Location is the best and Westgate resort has everything you need.
