About this property

18 Naiad Court - Rainbow Shores. All on one level. Easy walk to beach

Modern Beach House

Absolutely huge home all on one level, boasting all the modern conveniences.

Only two minutes walk via a private bush track to the pristine beach. Spend some time collecting shells, building sand castles with the kids, fishing or just feeling the sand between your toes.

Features include:

- spa bath

- large outdoor entertainment area

- two separate living areas

- CD player

- DVD player

- dishwasher

- two x TVs

- washing machine and dryer

This holiday home is great for the little ones and people with disabilites (ie in a wheelchair) as it is all on one level with no stairs or steps - allowing easy access for wheelchairs, prams etc.
The family pet is also welcome, please note that the property is not fenced; however there is a small pet enclosure on the side deck.

Sleeps eight in two x queen size beds and four x single beds.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house is huge. Plenty of room for all of us. A short walk to the beach. Close to everything. Perfect.

Ok short term

Ensuite shower dribbles no pressure & hot water takes long time to come thru. Queen beds comfy, singles horrible & beds not sturdy. Kitchen sink plugs don’t work water runs down drain. Dog enclosure advertised as being on veranda - Wring - dig enclosure on side of house, no shelter & not secure
