The villa was perfect with stunning views. We were welcomed at the villa and shown around. The kitchen was very well equipped. If you’re not hiring a car I would recommend a golf buggy for getting around Jolly Harbour. I cannot rate this villa highly enough, we had an amazing holiday.

The house exceeded our expectations. The amenities were excellent, the rooms were spacious, and thoughtfully separated from the main living area, which gave everyone plenty of privacy.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay.The house is located in a secure marina community with restaurants, a supermarket, sport activities, and everything close by, so you barely need to leave if you don’t want to. The pool and access to the private beach also made a huge difference in the overall experience and really elevated our stay.Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back.

The Villa is stunningly beautiful with a very thoughtful design. We stayed with our young adult children (30s) and it was nice for everyone to have a separate private space to sleep while enjoying the main building, the pool and the beach with the family.

All-in-all the stay was fine. The Good: The beach is nice and private. Water is calm and clear. The pool is perfect. The house is nice and the kitchen is very functionalThere is a grocery store and a very nice (and new) gym about 10 minutes away. The Not as Good:-The house is set up a little weird so the bedrooms are detached from the living area. That means you have to check 5-7 locks every time you leave the house or go to bed. -To get from the main road to the house you have to drive through a condo complex which is slow driving and lots of speed bumps. It takes 10 minutes each way. -The closest restaurants are average. -Management is so-so. On our last day, the pool cleaning people showed up at 7am unannounced. The property manager showed up 10 minutes before checkout and invited herself in to rush us out the door. Made an average stay one we wouldn't repeat and wouldn't recommend.

This is a beautiful house with a superb location having beach front and very close proximity to jolly harbour grocery store and other facilities. It is well equipped and very comfortable. We loved it!!

Beautiful oasis

This house has everything you need for a fun relaxing vacation. Beautiful panoramic views, clean calm water and beach! The design and flow of the property is amazing with the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor living space.

Cool House

The name says it all! This house is so cool! The separate sleeping areas is great for an extended family vacation. We had great family interaction in the general living areas and when you wanted some quiet time you had your own “ sanctuary” to retreat to. The views are stunning!

Excellent stay in private paradise.

Relaxing & everything needed you can find in the Jolly Harbor community! Staff was wonderful deal with & responsive. Chef Sira (personal house chef) cooked great food the local way. We used her services for 2 evening meals & would recommend taking advantage of her services if able. Pool was wonderful, beach was fabulous too.. Highly recommend!

Almost too amazing for words

The house, the pool, the private beach, the views, and the support staff were among the best I’ve ever experienced. It is a truly magical place ran by true professionals. Highly recommend!

Paradise

This was our return to Coolhouse and it was just as good as the first time! This house is amazing! You could do absoulutly nothing all day and still have a great time. The pool, quick access to the beautiful beach, and the views are stunning. Our host Jamie took care of all our needs. Our chef Sira was amazing! Already planning our next return.

Wonderful

The house is great - even better than it looks in the photos. Between the house, the pool and the beach, we rarely left the property. Jamie and Michal were a great help, even getting jumper cables when our hire car broke down on the way to the airport. Chef Sira cooked for us two nights. Both meals were excellent and we highly recommend her.

Second Year in a Row

2nd year in a row down and already booked for #3. Awesome place to stay. All the amenities one could ask for. We cannot wait for our stay next year. The Villa is amazing and makes you feel relaxed as soon as you come thru the doors. Owners are so easy to work with and Michel, property manager is so accommodating. See you in 2024!

My wife and family stayed at this spectacular property. Every detail of this property was spot on!! Jaimie the house manager answered all of our questions for over a year of planning our vacation. The property was immaculate thanks to Vanetta and her staff. Thank you to Michelle for also catering to all of our needs.There is nothing worse then going on vacation and running out of towels and essentials. This house could not be more well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our trip and not stress out. The "Cool House" was a "total" experience and we could not have been more pleased. Thank you to the owners for sharing your breath taking home with all of us to enjoy. We truly could not have been more pleased!!

Great Villa! Great Vacay!

The villa is excellent with very well thought out design, provisions, and features that lead to comfort and top of the line stay! Michel was an excellent manager and responded to every request and question quickly and thoroughly. 5 couples with plenty of room. Her suggestions of activities and restaurants was excellent and always spot on. Al Porto was excellent for dinner and then later for take-out pizza. Hemingway's in town for dinner was one of the best Caribbean restaurants we have ever eaten at with outstanding service. We did the Extreme Navigation with Adventure Antigua, and it was a great day. Cannot say enough about this property and its management.
