We have stayed here several times. We found this gem when we attended my nephews wedding. We have been back every year since. Always clean, comfortable and cozy. David has been a wonderful host over the years! Thank you ever so much. We will hopefully be back next year!

WE have stayed in quite a few VRBOs and I can honestly say this is the best one we have ever stayed in. Host was very friendly and accommodating for all our needs. There was every kind of cooking appliance and utensil that anyone would ever need. The place was extremely clean and organized. Several TVs throughout the house. Internet and tvs all worked great. Very quite neighborhood. Would definitely come back again if we are in the area.

I've lost track of how many times we have stayed at this property - up until the visit in August I've stayed at the house for MTB only with my son and some friends. This time it was my spouse, the kids and grandkids and everyone was very pleased. The owner is a great host and the house is always clean and ready to occupy when we arrive. This is the best stocked property our family has experienced with a VRBO. Thanks again and we will be back!

This was our second stay, and it was perfect. The house is just the right size for us. It is large enough to give some space for 9 adults. The kitchen well equipped with everything for cooking for nine people. The front and rear decks are perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. David commutates from check-in to check-out. When we go back to Raystown we hope the home is still available.Thanks again David!

A nearby neighbor decided to let herself into the home during our stay to confront us about something that made her upset. The host was anything but sympathetic towards us after his neighbor violated VRBO regulations, and law. We tried to work with the host and VRBO for some sort of resolution for this misconduct but unfortunately this remains an open issue. I do not recommend this home to anyone who values their privacy and security. VRBO said this review was unrelated to the property... But I don't see how a neighbor breaking into the property is unrelated to the property.

Wonderful house and perfectly fit our needs. Bedrooms were large and comfortable and enough bathrooms for our group. Excellent common areas and the deck was fantastic! Beautiful quiet area.

Lovely home located on a wooded lot within minutes of Seven Points Marina. The home had an abundance of space for our 4 person adult family. Loved the porches which provided coverage from sun and rain, while allowing us to be outside to enjoy the birds and view of the woods. In this incredibly quiet neighborhood, it's impossible to not feel surrounded by peace. The home is well-stocked with kitchenware and grilling options (our favorite!). All the indoor spaces (living rooms, game area, bedrooms) were well furnished and comfortable areas for lounging. This home is clearly well cared for and valued by the owner. Very grateful that it was shared with us!

The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities. Our group cooks most of our meals and it has everything we need. The outdoor cooking area and outside seating are so enjoyable. Laundry is a great bonus to have on site! Very comfortable place to stay. Great outdoor space to have outside activities and a fire pit. Our favorite place to stay! Thank you for being a great host!

Have stayed here several times for mountain bike trips for the Allegrippis Trails basically across the street. Full kitchen, laundry, comfortable rooms, great outdoor deck.

This house was perfect for our group of friends. It was deceptively spacious and the kitchen was perfectly suited for our cooking needs. (Seriously. It had everything.) We all felt like the pictures did not do it justice. Especially regarding the back porch. We all agreed that we would love to return. Thank you for being such a kind and gracious host!

The house is in a beautiful area at the lake. David was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The house is well stocked and comes with anything you might need during your stay. My family and friends enjoyed the home, and we would stay there again. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Raystown Lake area.
