Precious 1940s home that just completed a large addition in 2017 and updated original in 2022, making it the perfect rental for a large group seeking a walkable weekend in Oxford! Downstairs: Master bedroom suite with king bed and bathroom, laundry room, large den with 60 in screen TV and half bath, dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom with queen bed and bath room.
Upstairs (west side): 2 bedrooms (2 twins in one and queen bed in other) Jack and Jill bathroom
Upstairs (east side): Huge bonus room with tv and x box and 5 built-in twin mattresses on platforms (great for kids) and bathroom. Queen bedroom.
*Covered porch with large space for lounging- Weber propane griddle (gas provided) and green egg (charcoal provided)
*Covered carport for 2 cars and large driveway
*Front porch that is great for sitting and watching fans walk to the game.

Perfect house

Had a great experience at the house for a football weekend. Couple minute walk to the square, and a few minutes more to the grove. It was a lot closer than I expected even - you're home before you know it. Very clean, well kept, super nice owners, and plenty of parking.
