Set on a private hilltop overlooking Lake Arenal, with stunning views of the lake and the Arenal and Tenorio volcanoes. Located 20 minutes away from Cañas on the road to Nuevo Arenal and only 11 km from the charming country town of Tilarán.
The light and spacious design of this condo begin with the large open plan kitchen fully fitted with high spec appliances and an island breakfast bar, and which opens out onto a ceramic floored furnished living area. The master bedroom has a built in fireplace, a walk-in closet and a glass sliding door onto the Lake facing balcony.
A separate bathroom is beautifully fitted out with power shower and hand painted tiles and sink. The laundry area contains a stacked washer dryer and ample storage space. A large glass sliding door in the living area leads onto the spacious balcony, creating an extended indoor/outdoor living area.

The beautifully landscaped gardens on this private gated 37-acre eco-friendly development include paved roadways and paths for easy access and exercise. A well-equipped recreation center, pickle ball court and a three-tiered infinity pool are available for residents and tenants alike to enjoy at their leisure. Saunter down to the pre-Columbian Village for coffee and relax amongst the spectacular flora and fauna.

Lake Arenal Condo

Overall, we found the property to be neat and clean. It was plenty large for our needs. The area is beautiful, but a vehicle is necessary to go anywhere or do any activities. The property manager (Carla Rojas) was helpful when we needed anything. Check in seems to run in the after hours manner even when the office is open. A good place to relax and enjoy the views.

Clean and affordable but to far out of town.

Clean and affordable but a little to far out of the way. Strange property with not a lot going on. 2 pools were working hot tub and one pool were broken, no coffee shop and a/c was weak to say the least. Check in process was easy and the unit was very spacious.

El condo muy amplio, con una vista espectacular. Tiene lo básico para una estadía corta. El internet muy lento y no funcionó para ver peliculas en streaming. Las camas y el juego de ropa y las cortinas se miran muy viejas; podrian mejorarlas. Por el resto, muy bien.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The size and quality of this property impressed us. There is more than just the pools, there is an entire fitness center. The only bad part was the wind. Lots of wind during our stay but we understand that this is not something that owners have any control over.

Breathtaking!

This condo was georgeous! It had georgeous hardwood floors and beautiful kitchen that was well stocked. The decor was nicely done. Bathrooms were clean and high end. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.
