Como foi a primeira vez que alugamos pelo site e que fomos para Guarujá, ficamos desconfiados, mas foi tudo perfeito! O lugar é bem limpinho, além do próprio condomínio oferecer limpeza quando solicitado na recepção. Tudo é exatamente como nas fotos, nenhuma propaganda enganosa. As pessoas que trabalham na recepção são muito receptivas e cuidadosas, assim como o proprietário, que manteve contato e nos deu a segurança necessária. O condomínio é pertinho da praia e dos comércios, dá para ir andando para todos os lugares. Alugaria de novo, com certeza!

Apto ótimo bem localizado, funcionários educado e prestativos Porém deixou a desejar referente alguma coisa. O prédio estava em manutenção, isto não foi declarado em contrato. Algumas situações não estava funcionando, solicitamos q aquecesem a piscina porém fomos informado q o aquecedor estava queimado. A quadra de sguech estava em manutenção. isto nos deixou chateado pela falta de comunicação. Poderia ter nos avisando antes

Ótima estadia!

Minha família esteve este final de semana 5 de janeiro e o proprietário Sr domingos nos passou todas as informações o apto tem utensílios de cozinha para quem deseja cozinhar, apenas levar roupas de cama e banho. O local muito próximo a padarias mercados e vizinhança tranquila muito próximo a praia e shopping também apenas um detalhe no flat observado pois temos criança e a varanda poderia ter uma rede até que seje removível quando não tiver crianças. Em geral muito bom voltaremos lá e claro será muito bem indicado.
