Summer Breeze is located in a quiet pocket of Apollo Bay within easy access to the town centre and a 5 minute walk to the pristine Apollo Bay beach where you can take a dip, enjoy a surf or try your luck at fishing. In fact, why not spend the whole day at the beach enjoying all those summer activities with family/friends and after a fun filled day enjoy an evening relaxing at your property over a glass of wine and BBQ or you may prefer to dine at one of the many cafes or restaurants that are dotted along the foreshore.



This property is presented to you over two levels with the ground floor area featuring a spacious living area, 4 bedrooms, separate laundry, bathroom and separate toilet. The 1st level consists of large open plan living, kitchen and dining areas, 2nd bathroom and the 5th bedroom. The deck area also features on this level (off the living area) with dining table x 6 chairs and BBQ.



The property is complete with a selection of games, books, outdoor shower, and a large fully enclosed backyard for you and your family to enjoy.
