Located only a short walk to Anglesea Shopping Centre, this immaculate two storey, three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse is fully furnished for maximum comfort, including Wi-Fi. Private secured yard area with undercover outdoor setting & BBQ. Quality fit-out with wood heater for those cozy winter couple getaways. Split system air conditioned (including bedrooms) for great climate control. Pet friendly, but outdoors only. Sleeping up to 6 family members with 2xQueen & 2xSingle beds. The garden area features extensive mulching across all garden beds. The property is near walking and running tracks, bike paths, wildlife and local fauna. This fantastic property is available all year round for holiday rental.

Great location. Comfortable, well appointed house

The location was perfect for us, close to Anglesea. The coastal walks are a short walk away. The house has everything we required and more. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Parnell is lovely, spacious and super pet friendly. The location was great. Next time we’re in Anglesea, that’s where we want to stay

Perfect surf town holiday stay

Lovely large three bedroom rental. Dog friendly - fully enclosed back yard. Walk to shops. Very relaxing with all mod ammenities.

Excellent position

This is a great 3 bedroom home within easy walking distance to beach, inlet and shops. The garden is well maintained and the deck inviting. I would have preferred to have had linen supplied- don’t consider making and stripping beds part of a weekend away! The pillows could also be renewed as they are flat and tired.

Perfect PURNELL

This is our second time in this home, and we love it. Great upstairs bedrooms with a family bathroom in between, and the main bedroom and ensuite downstairs. Also a seperate toilet downstairs. Great kitchen with everything you'd need, and lovely decking out the back. Very quiet, and very peaceful. Great walk to the shops or to the river, then further along to the beach. It rained for 3 days, and we were so grateful for the beautiful wood fire place to make it cosy and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Boxes ticked!

The property was great; super comfy and ticked lots of boxes. Even though part of a complex of houses, it is situated towards the back and any noise was negligent. Great location within walking distance of the shops. Gets warm upstairs but fans are provided for each bedroom, which was appreciated. Will stay again...

Lovely House on Purnell

This house was really lovely, and had a very relaxed feel. Great lounge area with fireplace, great kitchen with everything you would need, perfect sized bedrooms, and TV's in all rooms. The washing machine and dryer were fabulous!! Only a short walk to the shops, river, or main beach, and a lovely walk along the surf coast track. Great for a family, with a super cute garden for our little pug dog, fully enclosed.
