Gulf Front Condo with Stunning Views!
E1000-All bathrooms recently updated! This unit is the penthouse on the east side of Eden. This is a three bedroom unit with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. We have installed a 65" smart 4K TV with sound bar & 4K Blu-ray and installed a 50" TV in the master bedroom. The lower level of this unit has the two guest bedrooms; the first bedroom has a queen bed with a private walk in shower and balcony access; the second guest bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom is on the upper level and has its own private Gulf view balcony and features a large private bath with a walk in shower and large Jacuzzi tub. The lower balcony has a covered atrium with patio furniture. The kitchen has updated with granite counter tops and new cabinetry. This unit has controlled access and is the only unit on the tenth floor therefore offering 1,969 square feet of total privacy. Full size washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi. This unit requires 7 nights or more. If unit is available between reservations booking from 3- 6 nights will be allowed to fill in those areas but you must call reservations to make that adjustment.
