Lovely condo and great, kid-friendly pool area

We came for a family gathering from a Thursday through Monday. The condo was lovely with great furnishings. I did have one pet peeve with the furnishings though. The dining table is high, so the dining chairs were really bar stools - same as at the bar. For me, I find these very uncomfortable - if you don't put your feet on the crossbar down on the legs of the stool, your circulation is cut off at the thigh; if you do put your feet on the crossbar without shoes on, the square edges hurt your feet. You could wear shoes, I guess, but we tend to take off our shoes at the front door. Anyway, some folks love these high dining room setup, so take my complaint with a grain of salt. I didn't dock the stars for it since I know it is personal preference. All the other furnishings and appliances seemed new and nice. The pool setup is quite fun, especially for the kids that loved sitting in the nook behind the waterfall. You may have to scold an older kid or two that jumps into the pool from the top of the waterfall, even though that is strictly prohibited in the property rules and there are "no climbing" signs on the sides of the waterfall. For future older coming to the pool, please don't do that. It is dangerous as you may land on a small child launching into the pool from under the waterfall. And for you future parents who come and allow your kids to do that - shame on you. Let's keep this wonderful property not only looking nice and functioning well, let's keep it safe for everyone too. All was as listed, I'm pretty sure. The property management team was responsive and helpful. You really can't go wrong with this one. So I recommend this property and the common areas in the development. Oh, and if you are new to the area, take your little kids to glitter mountain. They'll have a riot gathering "gems" to take home.

Basic but perfect

I first want to start off with saying that when we arrived, the condo wasn't as clean as you would hope it would be after arriving after a long drive. BUT- with that being said, the manager was very quick to respond and remedied any and all requests that we had. The condo has your basic necessities and comfortable beds. It was perfect for what we needed. The customer service was the best part of our stay!

Disappointing

The property manager messaged me the day before we were to arrive that the internet provider was switched the week before and they were still trying to get the service up and running. Needless to say it was too late for me find other accommodations. Internet was up when we arrived but the next day it was out again. So for most of the stay we had no internet and, therefore, no TV since the TV only has streaming apps and no cable channels. Made for a couple of boring nights with no TV. This place has the bare minimum and it's obvious the owner does not stay there. Since there was no TV we were looking for games, books, DVDs, but found nothing. The coffee maker was so disgustingly filthy that we had to go buy one at Walmart (left the new one there for future guests). There were no lights on any of the bedroom nightstands. No blow dryers in the bathrooms. 1 tiny bar of crumbled soap, with no extras for each bathroom (had to to buy soap). The upstairs shower drain was partially blocked and would not drain fast enough so the tube just filled up while showering. Overall, the cleanliness was lacking as well. When I spoke with the property she asked if I wanted her to send someone out to look at the wifi or receive a partial refund. I said BOTH. Neither happened.

Thanksgiving stay

The property was very nice for our group. It was two families gathering for thanksgiving. The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms fit our group quite nicely. There were bath and pool towels and the kitchen has what we needed. There is limited parking with a one car garage and a single car port in front of it. We had to do the two car shuffle a couple of times. Also the TV had limited options for sports. There was Netflix but we couldn’t find a tv package that included any sports during Thanksgiving that was disappointing. We had a nice stay. This property was significantly better than a hotel for our two families, however we have stayed at another property within this same complex and had a better experience. Overall it was fine.

We loved our place in Washington. The neighborhood is quiet and has some great amenities (pool, park close by) and the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need to cook your meals, including some food staples as well as spices and seasonings. Check out what’s there before you go to the grocery store! If we’re in need to go to the St. George area again, we’d absolutely stay there!

This was a good home base to explore and hike each day around Zion. Great and pretty direct routes to trails and Zion. Some limited kitchen amenities if you’re a big cook. But otherwise lovely place to stay overall.

This townhouse was spacious and amazing. The management company was so amazing to work with. They were hospitable and displayed prompt, outstanding communication throughout. The townhouse was in a prime location, a block from the pool. There is so much to do around this subdivision, being a prime location. We will be back to this specific townhouse. It was clean and had a full kitchen with all the appliances, dishes, etc... we needed and more. Maybe include some games in the townhouse, that would be over the top. Thank you so much.

The condo was very clean and Spartan, in excellent condition. The bedrooms are very spacious. Beds quite comfortable. Only a 1 car garage without a remote garage door opener and there is no parking on the street. Designated parking spots at the end of the street. TV/Netflix is available in the living room and Netflix only in all the bedrooms. We had no internet/TV the first night, but the owner quickly attempted to resolve the problem and it was fixed by the next morning. Separate AC/heat controls for upstairs and downstairs. Owner very responsive to resolve issues. Neighborhood quiet.

Lovely but Lacking a Few Things

The condo is beautiful and in fantastic condition. It's smaller than others we have stayed at in Coral Ridge, but that isn't a big deal. A few things would improve this condo: 1) If you claim to have basic cable, you need to have basic cable. Such was not the case. 2) There were not enough dishes, pots, utensils, or toiletries. One pyrex dish is not enough, for example, and there wasn't much toilet paper; there were few paper towels. You would do well to look at the amenities provided in other highly rated condos and add to your supplies. With a bit better stocking and management, plus providing ALL the listed amenities, this would be a five-star experience.

Stayed here with my brother as we met in St George for a week with our families. The house was perfect for our situation with plenty of space for the kids. The room with 2 bunkbeds was perfect for all the cousins to sleep together. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed from plates & bowls, to silverware & cooking utensils, to pots & pans and even an electric griddle for pancakes. The location was great too as we were close to both Zion and St. George. Would definitely stay here again.
