Located on the absolute beachfront, Crystal Beach is a bright and sunny 2 bedroom, 2 level apartment located in Tugun. Enjoy watching the waves roll in from your private balconies and sleep to the sounds of the ocean, with direct beach access and stunning ocean views!

Located on the top floor of a 3 storey walk up Crystal Beach is perfect for all holiday makers who want to have the pleasure of absolute beachfront living!

This split level apartment offers lots of room for the whole family with the first floor consisting of sitting room, open plan kitchenand bright, colourful living and dining areas which open out onto an undercover balcony.

Both bedrooms are located on the upper level, master with ensuite and private balcony overlooking the resort pool and stunning ocean vista.

This is an ideal apartment for families, just a few steps out of your apartment will have you on the golden sands of Tugun beach without crossing any roads.

From Crystal Beach you have magnificent views and for winter guests you will even be able to whale watch from your balcony!

Pack your board, fishing rods, boardies, beach umbrella, and unwind at Crystal Beach! Great apartment for families, couples and retirees!

Keys
Keys are to be collected and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 8 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Bed Bugs

The location of the property was amazing! As for the apartment it self it needs a good clean and a face lift! My poor girls were bitten by bed bugs, you could literally see them crawling around, the mattresses. It became a very unpleasant stay!

Hi Liz, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are glad you loved the absolute beachfront location of Crystal Beach. Following your advice on departure of your children having bites on them, we arranged for the mattresses to be professionally cleaned and treated, and the linen commercially laundered and treated. Neither the cleaner, nor the mattress cleaner found any evidence of bed-bugs. We also arranged for an inspection by a licenced pest control company who found no evidence of bed bugs, however completed a treatment as a pre-cautionary measure. Again, we are sorry to hear your girls were bitten (perhaps by midgies or mozzies) however we have taken all precautions to confirm that there are no bed bugs at this property. Kind regards, GCHH

Disappointing

Crystal Beach 42. Very worn, dated and in great need for an overhaul. Privacy screens rusted from elements so shutting and opening a "hold ya breath" situation. No plugs for sinks. Metal surrounds on sliding window detached so extremely hesitant to open for air flow. 2 seater lounge for a 3 bedroom apartment didnt quite cut it. Location amazing. Amazing views. Residence very friendly. Property management promised a representative would visit with plugs .. 5 day stay .. never came.

Location on beachfront was great, however unit was not clean, thick layer of dust on everything, empty milk carton left on coffee table, hair in grate in shower & under bin liner the bin was dirty & smelly. Looked like no cleaning had been done between the last people leaving & us arriving.

Zero hospitality

Having to rent bed linen & towels, told to bring own dish liquid etc - for a one week stay. Nothing in the pantry except a small amount of dubious olive oil. No a/c or ceiling fans. 2 portable fans worked - one had to have its spokes bent into position. Unimpressed.

Amazing family stay

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The unit is perfectly located right on the beach and catches the sea breezes from all directions which made the December stay surprisingly comfortable. Awesome pool and heated spa below which the kids loved, and the bike track out front made afternoon rides a delight. The complex (at least at Christmas) had a really laid back family feel which we and the kids loved. Already booked for next year!

Absolute Beachfront

Perfect location at a great price. We loved our stay at Crystal Beach Apartments with a pool and spa along with direct access to the beach. No need for fans or air-conditioning as the constant sea breeze was amazing.

fantastic value!

We really enjoyed everything about this apartment building, location was brilliant (absolute beach front), facilities in the apartment met all of our needs, heated pool and jacuzzi was brilliant and balconies to enjoy sunset or breakfast was worth a million dollars. Definitely would stay again. The only issue we had was the bed, could've been a little bigger (only a double).
