Immaculate Cottage Retreat with Saltwater Pool

We are cheerful vacation rental homeowners and are super motivated to make sure you have a five star stay!

COVID UPDATE:

Here is what we are doing to make sure your stay is comfortable and safe. We are:
1. Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.
2. We also are airing our the whole home for at least 20 minutes between guests.
3. We are washing the sheets/towels on the highest heat that they can handle between guests.
4. We are changing the vacuum bag/cleaning filter between guests.
5. I also clean the kitchen/bathroom and then disinfect with a bleach or alcohol based solution.
6. Since the guest house is on our property, we also will give you appropriate social distancing space!

This immaculate, private 980 sq. foot guest house has a full kitchen, laundry and garage. Almost everything about this home is new--bed, furniture, sheets, towels, carpet, paint...

This beautifully decorated cottage is waiting for you to come and relax and unwind. Savor your coffee on the private patio. Enjoy the huge 20 x 40 foot diving pool. Although the pool is unheated, many people enjoy laying out on lounge chairs around the pool in the winter. Or, roast marshmallows at night around the fire pit. We are looking forward to meeting you!

This is a private guest home at the back of our 1/2 acre property. Your quarters are completely separate from our main house, including a gated entrance with remote opener. We have created a 'cottage' experience to give you an opportunity to relax and unwind in a quiet atmosphere.

The cottage has been meticulously and lovingly decorated down to its window boxes, plants and shutters--we've had so much fun!

The spacious living room, full kitchen and laundry are complete with amenities you will need. Our extra large bathroom gives plenty of room for getting ready for the day, with an extra vanity area and additional closets. Our queen size bedroom has a VERY comfortable cool-gel topped mattress that you will not want to leave in the morning. The new sofa bed is comfortable and welcoming.

We also have wifi and direct T.V. for your viewing pleasure.

We are located 5 minutes from the Biltmore, conveniently close to fabulous restaurants, golf courses and shopping.

We value your privacy and want you to rest while you are here. But if you need something, we are over in the main house.
