1 week Xmas break

We had a great week and were very happy with our accommodation and all it had to offer for an adult family coming and going. Great location, great backyard and facilities and a great floor plan with plenty of seperate zones and areas for entertaining.

Beautifully appointed & furnished

I booked this property for the weekend after entering the 35km Mornington Peninsula 'Bloody Long Walk' fundraiser with a group of my mum friends. The home is exceptionally clean and very well appointed - we particularly loved coming home to that beautiful big bath after the walk ❤️ Communucation with David was fantastic - he was a great host. We will definitely be back again!

It’s a lovely home.

It’s a nice home, very clean, nicely styled and well equiped. Plenty of space, and board games for kids to play. David is great to deal with, the entire process was easy.

Lovely house, great location & well maintained

We stayed at the Frimmel House for a wedding with another couple and friend. The house is in fantastic condition and is fully stocked, with an unbelievable coffee machine to boot! We had more than enough room even with 5 adults staying, and can see how great this place would be for families, with a fully enclosed backyard. It is also very close to the shops and beach. We all completely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for both couples and families. The communication from the property manager was also fantastic, even when having to deal with one of our group leaving something behind. You can’t go wrong with this house!!

Perfect beach house!

Loved the addition of the coffee machine and wifi! We absolutely loved staying again it was the perfect beach holiday and all the little things like toys and totem tennis pole was perfect too!
