This house is in pristine condition and ready for you to come and enjoy. Shopping mall, theatres, and restaurants less than a mile away. House is 1700 sq. ft. All you have to do is show up, everything else you need is provided. Also, this is our personal home that we rent out to guest, so it's not just 100% rental property, just would like to make you aware upfront.

Bessemer home

This home was a great size for our multigenerational group. Everyone was able to have their own space and the living area was good for us to all be together otherwise. The host was very kind and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and nice for walking, even at night. We felt at home during our stay.

Great 3 bedroom rental for Bama weekend!

This was a beautiful and well cared for home. Communication with Candice was super easy! We stayed here for Bama Homecoming. It was only 30 minutes out and didn’t cost an arm and a leg plus it was nicer than any hotel I’ve been to in Tuscaloosa! I highly recommend!
