About Shannon
Emily is a local General Contractor and Real Estate Agent who has been renovating houses since 2010. Her love for Tacoma and the Real Estate Industry, led her to buy the Huson House Rental in 2015 , as vacation rentals for guests from out of town. She loved the idea of creating a restful, clean environment that would provide all the comforts of home, and conveniences of a hotel. You can see some of her construction and design skills in the renovation of the home. In 2016, Emily’s mom, Shannon, took over the Property Management, after retiring from a long career at Alaska Airlines. Shannon’s history in the travel industry and customer service, as well as her love for hosting, has made her an excellent Property Manager.
