Very large bottom floor of private apartment in house directly opposite Shelly Beach with brand new bathroom immaculately clean. Well behaved completely house trained socialised dogs only very welcome. (Adore dogs)!NO CATS. Use of huge fenced backyard. Convenient to everything. Plenty of free street parking. Air Conditioning. Heating. Netflix. Fans in room. Perfect sea breeze all day. Private verandah own entrance Dishwasher Bar b que facilities. Complete equiped kitchenette. Very friendly Owner on site. Share laundry and sunroom.
