A delightful beach house situated in beautiful Silverleaves. A Hampton's feel with special touches including provincial style furniture in light filled rooms inspiring guests to relax and enjoy their time by the sea.
The inviting accomodation includes quality linen and towels, so you can just un pack your clothes and start your holiday!We hope to have everything you need for a great holiday - just the way we like to holiday ourselves.

AND Villa de mer invites canine friends!

The living area opens to a large back garden to relax and play in, with outdoor seating and bbq. Downstairs are two double bedrooms with a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs is a sitting room with a deck and two bedrooms, one queen and the other with a tribunk and a separate bathroom.

The kitchen has been filled with kitchen gadgets and appliances to keep the fussiest cook happy.
Even if the beach is not your thing, this property is perfect to settle in and relax or perhaps explore the great local cafes and restaurants, wineries, walks and the golf course.

Villa de Mer is a beautiful property close to beach, cafe and a quiet relaxing area...perfect for children, the house is so inviting and bright and airy, we were 6 adults and three children and there were plenty of room for all of us...we had a lovely week end away and we will definitely be going back again...

Great House - Aggressive Owner/Real Estate Agent

This property is brilliant absolutely beautiful for a two family getaway. However we were left less than happy with the owners treatment of our group on New Years Eve when owner who is also the R/E agent and who lives close by came to kick our guests out and threaten to evict all of us at 12.30am (not exactly a late nite for a New Years Eve gathering) and demanded we turn off music which we were more than happy to do, but not happy about her telling us we were disgusting for having music "on new years eve" and gathering as a large family group to bring in the new year. I would recommend this property as a stayz getaway but unfortunately your stay will be ruined by the lack of professionalism of the owner.

Very comfortable house with everything you would want for a relaxing beach holiday. Plenty of room for us all (6 adults, 3 kids, 1 dog) and lovely location within close proximity to the beach & Silverleaves cafe.

We have just enjoyed a beautiful family gathering at Villa de Mer. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and perfect for our dogs. Excellent space for cooking and entertaining. Very highly recommended.

Lovely winter beach retreat

This property is tidy with a lovely light and bright north facing aspect and good proximity to the Silverleaves General Store and beach. It was helpful to be able to bring along our dog also.
