One of our favorite features is the covered back deck overlooking the trees with no neighbors directly behind you. Start your morning with coffee outside, relax after a day at Silver Dollar City or simply enjoy the quiet Ozark setting.

CATCH-AND-RELEASE POND



Notch Estates has a scenic catch-and-release fishing pond located within the community.



The pond is accessed by walking a wooded trail. Please be aware that the path is steep and rocky in areas and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.



The pond is not accessible by vehicle.

Laid Back Lodge offers a convenient location for enjoying Silver Dollar City and the rest of Branson.

IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION



The condo entrance is accessible by stairs only.



There is no elevator.



HOUSE RULES



• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

• Rental agreement and driver’s license are required after booking

• No smoking

• No pets

• No parties or events



CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES



We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:



-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.

-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.

-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.

-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.

-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.

-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.

-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
