This was a great base for 5 days in Tokyo. The area near Sasazuka had everything we needed - grocery stores, pharmacy and many excellent restaurants. The house was as described and plenty of room for 5 adults. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Communication was excellent with the host and we appreciated that the sister met us at the train station and showed us around Sasazuka. Thank you!!

What a perfect place to stay. Great location to the nearby station. Multiple places to eat close by. Laundry on site and I could watch the NFL draft on the fire stick. Also, provided a pocket WiFi. Very gracious hosts. Traveled with my 3, 20 something kids. I would say it’s a 12/10 in my book. Definitely would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!!

Tons of space and plenty of beds and amenities. Nice bath and laundry machine was very useful. Hosts were very kind in welcoming us to the home. Conveniently located to many destinations in the city. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay

Location was great, near a train station that's only one stop from Shinjuku. Lots of cute little restaurants nearby, as well as a full laundromat. The place was very big versus what we expected, 4 bedrooms with 7 beds, full kitchen bath and 2 toilets.

Perfect house for a large family for 10 days

Hosts were great and house was perfect for a large family of 7 staying 10 days. Close to subway and shopping. My kids loved how close we were from 7-11. Highly recommend!!

Spacious and relaxing home

We loved our stay at this property. The neighborhood was very quiet and the garden very beautiful to look at while enjoying morning coffee. The spaciousness allowed our family to spread out and relax after our busy days in Tokyo. We highly recommend this home and the kind owners who helped welcome us and navigate us to the property.

I stayed here with my three adult children. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well situated in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the metro. I highly recommend it and thank the hosts!

We had 4 adults. There were enough beds for everyone. Convenient to popular areas, with nice restaurants and shopping nearby. Would gladly give a 5 star rating if the clothes dryer worked.

Spacious house in a great location

Close to a station and many shops, the house has lots of room. A 24 hour laundrette and great local cafe are nearby. Good written instructions made using all the different appliances easy. It was nice to get a tour of local shops as part of check in.

Wonderful stay!

The house was spacious and extremely close to Sasazuku station which is one stop away from Shinjuku. The house was clean and had plently of ammenities. K and his sister were gracious hosts and picked us up from the station to show us around and explain house rules. Highly recommend!
