Located on the beach, this newly furnished charming, open-concept 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo features a cozy living space, master bedroom with king size bed, and a balcony with partial beach views for watching the sunset. Unit is on the second level and accessible by stairs only.

It was beautiful beach but the place could have been cleaner. It was dusty - the walls, lamp shades, AC vents, fan and top of fridge. . I needed to clean the floors as they were sandy and dirty.

Great location! The host responsiveness was great. The beach view and pool was great! The condo could have been cleaner. Lots of dust in the window seals, and blinds and other areas. But other than that, would highly recommend it!

Bellaire Beach Club is located in great area. The grounds are kept up and the guests are always friendly. I wouldn’t call it glamorous but it is good value for the money

This condo is amazing! It was perfect for me and my dog! You do have to drive to restaurants, but you are not in the middle of all the congestion. It is clean and the check in could not be easier. I could see dolphins swimming from the balcony! The beach is beautiful and was not crowded here!

Nice close location to a private beach. Nice but small pool. Condo needs new ceiling fans, they are to wobbly and noisy. Bring your own fan if you need one! We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here on Bellaire Beach. Great location with a nice pool. The only drawback was the condo was not that clean. I called for a cleaning while we were there. That seemed to help a bit. I just think for the price we paid, the condo should have been a bit cleaner.

Private Beach was relaxing

Definitely enjoyed the nice private beach. The condo was a little further away from everything than what we hoped for, however UBER and “Free Beach Rides” was able to get us back and forth to the Clearwater Beach area when we wanted to go. Over all… it was a nice vacation for my wife and I!

Everything was how it was described and pictured! Location was amazing! Beach was so beautiful and not crowded at all even on the holiday weekend. Customer service was 110% they went above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

Perfect little beach condo

Perfect little beach cabin in excellent location, quiet, fairly secluded, and with all basics needed. Best of all, being able to walk out to a beautiful beach and the gorgeous gulf with amazing sunsets. Fairly secluded, not crowded at all, and only 10 minute drive to more excitement in Clearwater. Very clean, a bit small and basic, but our idea of luxury is being so close to such a beautiful beach! Very clean as a pet-friendly beach condo. Second floor location was very quiet for our stay. Nice pool and patio with beach chairs etc to borrow so no need to lug our own. Well kept grounds. Laundry on 3rd floor with elevator very handy.
