Good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The host responded quickly to any concerns. The neighborhood is safe and not far away from the hotel zone, airport.

Pleasant long stay in Cancun

We stayed for three weeks in Cancun and enjoyed this property. The pool, play-set, and proximity to convenience store and restaurants was great for our family. The house has plenty of space and storage. There were a few small things that prevent it from getting five stars. Many of the dishes in the cabinet had to be washed before we could use them as they had stuck on food. Weekly housekeeping was nice but did not restock important things like hand soap, paper towel, trash bags, and toilet paper until we asked. There are a lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood. But overall a very nice stay for the price.

Hey Daniel, we appreciate you choosing and staying at our home! It was a pleasure having you at our home and we are glad to hear that you had a great and pleasant stay! We love to host and provide premium and quality stays at our place. We are sorry to hear about some of the points that didn’t meet expectation and we apologize for the inconvenience. We will certainly communicate this with our cleaning team as this is not representative of how we like to present our home. Each housekeeping visit is expected to have basic supplies that you mentioned restocked. We like to step in and take action to better our service when it doesn’t meet expectations and, should we have been made aware of the additional points, we would’ve gladly corrected it as soon as possible. We appreciate your comments and feedback as these will help us refine our family-oriented premium experience. We hope to have you again soon! We wish you and your lovely family all the best!!
