Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. There will be an additional $35 charge at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, linens, trash service, and vacuum. Stays of 11 to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay paid at check out. If you are checking in after 8 PM you will need to let the Outrigger front desk know. We just purchased this condo in February 2025. We did a complete renovation which was finished April 2025. This condo is brand new and just as nice as Unit 172.
