Modern And Comfortable Apartment In Birzebbuga

This is a 120 sq meter 3 bedroom apartment which is located in a peaceful area of Birzebbuga, yet very close to all amenities and the popular Pretty Bay Beach. All bedrooms are double bedrooms with one having two single beds. The living room also offers extra bed space. The living space is a large combined kitchen, living and dining room, all being very well lit with natural light and overlooking valley views. The apartment offers easy free of charge on-street parking.

The apartment is large and highly finished with all the amenities needed to make your stay a memorable one. It is very clean, airy, and has all the amenities one would need when on holiday including an iron and a washing machine. The price also includes Wifi internet, utilities (electricity and water) and we provide bed sheets and towels.

The living room is air-conditioned. Cooling fans are provided in the bedrooms during the summer months. During the cooler winter months a mobile heater is provided.

For families with an infant, a cot is available which easily fits in the bedroom. A high chair is also available for infants (both cot and high chair are provided free of charge).

The apartment is private and is not shared with other guests.

A Government ECO Tax Contribution is paid at check in. Rate is €0.50c per person per night for guests 18 years and over up to a maximum contribution of €5 per person.

Very big and clean apartment with comfy beds and plenty of space. Alfred is a very good communicator and helpful. Parking is on street not on property and can be a bit challenging on some days. There is a good choice of bars and restaurants within a short walk and pretty bay is just beautiful. Highly recommend Alfred's apartment if your planning a holiday in Malta.

Great Stay

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Location was pretty good for walking to stores and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners. Contact with Mary was great. Highly recommend!

Clean spacious apartment

Large and clean with very helpful hosts. I have to mention the water trucks that arrive right beside apartment in the early hours, we were woken most mornings. Bit apart from that we couldn’t fault the place.

This was a second stay at this apartment (should have been 3rd bar covid) Alfred the owner is so helpful, the apartment is well equipped and spotless , although the town has a working port it remains in the background and is a relaxing place to stay , the beach is wonderful and the food fabulous . cant wait tell next time

Excellent clean spacious place

It was so easy. Communication with the landlord. The area it’s in. So traditional so if you like traditional go here. Beach. A Sandy beach very close by. Perfect for young families. There are a few steps in the accommodation but nothing major. I was with a 78 YO and she managed. 10 minutes from airport. I loved it.

Everything about this appartment was perfect. - It was very clean - The hosts were so easy to communicate with - It's a 10 minute walk from the beach - It has everything you need for a self catering space - The washing machine was a huge bonus - Lots of space in the full size fridge freezer - Big couch to chill on - Loads of space to store and hang your clothes - Felt safe and secureThe only thing it needs is more hooks in the bathroom, especially near the bath for your towel when you get out.We are definitely coming back, highly recommend

nice apartment in the south of Malta

My friends and I were really happy with this apartment. It’s very near to the beach (Max 5 min by foot), restaurants and bus stops. Also the place was very tidy and the communication with the landlord was very easy, he organized a transport for us from the airport and answered a lot of questions beforehand. Also we asked for a late Check-Out which was no problem, we didn’t even had to pay more. It was a nice apartment and nice trip to Malta. Would recommend.
