Our family 1st trip to Martha's Vineyard! Jill’s home made our stay truly memorable! The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of eight. The location was ideal, just minutes away from all the entertainment and attractions. I especially appreciated Jill’s excellent communication and thoughtful recommendations from start to finish, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I would absolutely book this home every time we visit MV. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay!What a perfect property for family of all ages to reconnect! So spacious and comfortable, amenities galore (of course we loved the pool), and centrally located within a 5 minute drive to everywhere in OB. The owner was extremely responsive and gracious to us - definitely recommend if you have a large group!

Great property!

The house was amazing and the owner helped with all the questions we had. The pool was enjoyable and location on the bike path was awesome. The location made a short drive to places on MV and bike rides were beautiful!

Great house

Great house for a big group! We were here for a wedding weekend and was a perfect place to stay. A little far from the different towns without a car but that’s a lot go the island.

Fabulous house and location!

We had a wonderful week at The Felicity in Oak Bluffs. The house was perfect and met all our needs, the kids swam in the pool every day, and we thoroughly enjoyed being right off the bike path. Highly recommend!

Everything is there!

Jill is a wonderful host, and the house is beautiful. We fully enjoyed our stay, and were so appreciative of all of the little details that were thought through and provided by the host, Jill. Couldn’t recommend enough!

75th Birthday with family

Beautiful home and property. The hydrangeas were in full bloom adding to the beauty of the property. My granddaughters loved, loved, loved having a pool to themselves instead of sharing with other guests at a hotel. We fully intend to return.

The house and outside property were amazing!!!There’s lots of room to move around the rooms flow very well together. The outside patio is the perfect spot to relax reading a book or enjoying a cold drink. The pool is steps away from the house and such a nice part of the overall residence. The downstairs is a great spot for kids, with two twin beds, TV, couch and pool table!!!

This is a terrific property. Well equipped, beautifully decorated and appointed, within minutes of Oak Bluffs, and a great bike away from Edgartown. We will certainly return .

Perfect weekend getaway

The Felicity house was nothing short of amazing. Very well kept, clean, very informative, and well equipped with everything you might need on a trip. Perfect Vacation House!

The Felicity MV is the perfect vacation house - clean, comfortable, well stocked and extremely well organized! There was plenty of room for our family of five to spread out or gather together for dinner and games (the house has tons!). The heated pool and outdoor spaces were lovely. Fabulous Felicity

Felicity is the perfect place for vacationing at Martha's Vineyard. It's neat, well organized and close to many of the MV attractions. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, cooking indoors and outdoors, plus other activities. This place gave us a chance to renew and enjoy our Sisterhood.

Great Family Vacation Property

This was our first family vacation on Martha's Vinyard. The location is very convenient and the house was great for a family of various ages (infant to grandparents). Jill was very responsive and easy to work with. The house had everything you needed for fun filled vacation. The pool was a great plus for us especially with small children.
