Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this cute rental right across from the water! We found it had all the conveniences you would look for in a rental, and we appreciated the proximity to the areas we were interested in visiting. We would stay there again!

Precious Beach Cottage

We loved our stay at Casita Azul in LaPorte! The house was very comfortable with all of the amenities that we needed. Hope to stay there again when the pool can be used.

Home away from home

Our family felt welcomed as soon as we arrived! The kids loved the smores kit that was there for us on arrival! The pool was perfect for the TX heat and the view of Galveston bay was beautiful! We will definitely stay again when visiting family.

Loved the backyard as i have a broken foot and it allowed the dogs outside time without having to walk them. House is roomy and clean. Property manager was quick with responses to questions. I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Good getaway!

Good proximity to the beach park across the street, and we had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The outdoor furniture was a bit mildewy, so I deducted one star for mismatching the listing photos, but it could have just been the time of year (early spring). Overall, would stay again!

Birthday at the beach

Therr was 4 of us for a long weekend thur To Monday, the house was cozy and has a sunroom to watch sunrise and sunset, so great! It is located across the street of a park and beach with a boat dock, it had many towels and the housr had a beachy theme, it was great, hope to go back next year

Another beautiful stay!

We have stayed with Michelle in the past and were very excited to stay again. We can always count on an easy check in process, clean property, and a comfy home. My son is a bit older now so he was able to take advantage of the provided toys and games, which was a great benefit. We will be back next year!

HS Graduation

Awesome family time for grandsons high school graduation. Great area to walk along the bay. Pool was enjoyed by the kids and a bonfire topped it off! We will be back in 3 years!

Great place to take the family!

We visited here for a short weekend trip with the kids. The house is lovely and well maintained. It is right next to the beach, and although it was too cool for us to enjoy the water when we went, it still made for nice walks and beautiful sunrises. The house is well situated to enjoy the many local attractions in the area such as the Kemah boardwalk and Houston space center. After a long day out it is nice and comfy to come back and cook dinner and enjoy an evening around the backyard fire pit.

Couldn't be cuter!

This is an amazing property! It's in walking distance to beachy area thats perfect for kids and has toys to bring incase you forget! The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Our host was clear and quick with communication and went the extra mile on being thoughtful with a treat for our arrival. We absolutely adored this trip thanks to our space. 10/10!

Perfect spot for young families

Perfect place for our large young family (5 kids under 12). Plenty of beds and space. We loved the games cabinet and sunroom. Pool in the backyard was nice when we didn’t want to walk to the beach. We loved being able to walk to Sylvan beach, it was perfect for all ages to swim and play without getting knocked around by crazy big waves like in Galveston. The house was well stocked and had bath AND beach towels. Comfortable and great experience, the s’mores were the cherry on top!

Wonderful Experience..lovely location, fantastic house... all u need to carry is your clothes!!!

What really sets this house apart from the other VRBO properties we've stayed in the past is the wonderful personal touch! The lil welcome note, the wine, smores making kit for the kids, well furnished pantry, furnished bathrooms with everything u could possibly need made it feel like a perfect amalgamation of a boutique hotel and a home! We loved the location.. quiet and with a view, yet very close to everything one might want to do or have access to! We will definitely come back! Thanks Michelle!
