This is a quaint triplex in a quiet neighborhood close to many of Gainesville’s local attractions. Beautiful wood floors throughout, comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second, two full bathrooms, and a washer. The kitchen is cozy is stocked for your needs. Ample parking for you and your guest either in the front of the home or in the 8-foot fenced back for your privacy. Enjoy talking a walk along the massive tree lined streets on your way to the local coffee shops.
