Renovated duplex chalet in a place over a thousand meters high, with balcony, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, just 25 minutes from the center of TeresĂłpolis.
The site is located on the TeresĂłpolis-Friburgo Road, km 14, accessed by a road, in good condition, of 3 km of land with paved parts.
The common area of the site has more than 1 million square meters, 2 swimming pools, barbecue, ecological trails and games room. These spaces are shared with other chalets, if they are occupied.
