About this property

Beautiful mountain home, single family style home at the top of the the community. Master bedroom with King bed and bathroom, loft with pullout sofa size queen, Lower level has two bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds including a twin over twin amd full over full bunk bed, a bedroom woth a queen bed. There is a full bathroom and laundry room on the lower level. The main floor has an open concept feel with a well appointed kitchen for cooking, dining room table for 8 and comfy family room with large sectional amd tv. The wrap around deck has great views of the mountain in the winter and the trees provide great privacy in the spring and summer. The house is very close to loon mountain, hiking, downtown and lots of other adventures!

Excellent location and space for families!

Can’t even say enough about how perfect this rental was for us. Pictures do not do it justice. Very clean, lots of room to spread out inside and outside, trails in the white mountains right out the door, easy access to the river down the hill or a short drive up the street. Want to come back and use the loon shuttle for skiing. Don’t hesitate if this place is available, book it! We got to meet the owners Leslie and her husband. They were very nice and helped us with local recommendations too. Thanks for a great weekend.

Great spot for family trip

It’s a very nice five level property. Two beds and bath on lowest level, with a patio. One level up is entry and mud room. Third level is family room, dining and kitchen. A nice covered deck with a gas grill. Fourth level is al off with a futon and a TV. On the fifth level is the Master bedroom with king bed. Well located, close to town and the river. We explored a trail within the subdivision that leads to a bridge over a creek. Also, at the bottom of the hill is parking and a place to swim in the Pemi river. We also visited the Queens Bath a mile down the Pemi. For day trips, we visited the water park and the Basin. Great location for a family outing.
