Notified the day before my arrival that Internet would not be available. I had prepaid my rental in advance, with no refund offered and no offer of another rental instead. My trip included a prepaid class at Sitka so I was trapped. At the very least, Meredith lodging should have discounted the cost since the advertised Internet access was not provided. I will do everything I can to avoid staying at a Meredith Property in the future.

The house Was smaller than we thought. 2 bedrooms did not have electricy wi fi very spotty. Beds amazing to sleep on. Very nice kitchen.

Check in was easy. Place very clean. All that we needed was in the kitchen although would be nice to have sealed containers to put stuff in fridge. Wi-Fi was great. Easy access to beach.

Perfect get away

This home is a wonderful place to stay! Everything needed was there for us. Close to Casino, restaurants, grocery store and Outlet Mall. Highly recommend this company!

Front door step dangerous as it blended in with the porch...we put blue tape on edge. No screen door at front door (obviously had one as hinges still hanging there)...wanted door open numerous times with nice weather and to enjoy ocean breeze without bugs flying in. The windows both on main floor & 2nd floor were either torn or missing. A table-top fan for use upstairs was in severe disrepair and should be replaced. The internet would only work for about 4 - 5 minutes and we could not watch TV for any length of time for the 4 days/nights we were there. The cell phone service was really spotty (not Host fault) but hampered us trying to communicate with Host directly at the time we were there. Although there was sufficient bath towels in all 3 bathrooms, there was only 2 hand towels each and just 1 washcloth....for 4 nights is unacceptable. Fortunately we generally bring extras. There were lots of cobwebs all around the side door to outside that we cleaned ourself. The large Weber BBQ was trashed, but the table top propane grill was sufficient for the 1 time used. Overall, it was not a place we would stay at again and definitely not worth what we spent there to entertain out-of-state guests.

We will add safety measures to the front step, repair or replace any damaged window screens, and replace the broken upstairs fan. Housekeeping will perform a deeper clean around the exterior doors, and we’ll increase the number of hand towels and washcloths to match guest needs. The large grill will be inspected and either professionally cleaned or removed, and we’re working with our internet provider and planning equipment upgrades to resolve the connectivity problems. Thank you again for the detailed feedback — we’ll use it to make prompt improvements.

Excellent Beach Cottage

Excellent little beach cottage with very easy/convenient beach access! Space needed to be aired out and one of the sink drains needs to be snaked but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very cozy spot.

Beach House at Lincoln City OR

The house was perfect for two couples and our 2 dogs. The kitchen was fantastic for preparing any meal big or small. The location was an easy, short walk to the amazing beach. Great restaurants and groceries close by. We would stay there again on our next visit to the beach.

spring vacation and concert

Enjoyed the stay very much. Easy walk to the beach and access to Casino. Comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Only drawback was both BBQ were none functional. We had a blast.

Family time on the Coast!

Cozy stay!

Was a cute little house that provided everything we needed. Had (3) adults, (1) child, and (1) dog - perfect size! And the best part was how close to the beach it was! The only complaint I had was the house was a bit hot. Tried to mess with the central air, but couldn't figure it out. But crack a window and it we got a good breeze! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Overall, the rental was great. Carpets are a bit dirty which is expected with high volume rentals. Upstairs showers didn't get hot. They got just above body temperature. Enjoyed the time and location of home was great. Would stay ahain.

Cute Beach Bungalow

Siren Song was the perfect beach house to help us celebrate a college graduation. Everything was perfect and clean. Check in was super easy. Beach access was so close. The balcony with the view of the ocean was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Spring Break Getaway

Perfect location to take our two adult sons for spring break. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom, giving everyone a lot of privacy. Road's End was quiet, close to God's Thumb. Lots of walking on the beach, eating at nearby McMenamins, board games, or just watching the waves come in on the beach. Definitely keeping this one on the list!

Nice family location

House was very comfortable. Appreciate the 3 bathrooms and being able to bring our dog. Kitchen well-stocked with everything you’ll need. The closest beach entrance is about 2 blocks away and was very difficult for Grandma to navigate so we drove down to the end of the street to the park where there was a much easier trail to access the beach.

PERFECT PLACE TO GETAWAY

The arrangement of bedrooms was perfect for our group. The downstairs worked for the oldest member who has difficulty with steps.The upper floor bedrooms with bathrooms were so beautiful and comfortable.Great view of the ocean from the bedroom with porch.My husband noticed the bathroom fans need a cleaning but otherwise a very tidy place and only a few blocks to the ocean.
