Michael was a wonderful host. He always kept in touch to answer any questions I had or issues and tried to help as much as he good. Highly recommend. Great location and beautiful place.

The host lives in Canada only contact was by messaging.When booking the apartment it stated washer and dryer.We booked for 13 nights on our second day we were informed that the washing machine did not work.The day before we came away a new washing machine was delivered.Also a hairdryer was not working which we informed the host which he did not respond to that Therefore we did not have the facilities that was advertised. We had to purchase a hairdryer Therefore I feel we should be compensated hope for quick response.

The location has key-less entry into the building and a lock-box with keys to allow for ease with check-in and check-out. The property sleeps 6 with QUEEN SIZED BED, 2 PULL OUT QUEEN/DOUBLE sofa beds. There is plenty of appliances to enjoy in the kitchen's breakfast nook. There is plenty of appliances from toasters, to coffee makers to enjoy in the kitchen's breakfast nook or off the bedroom in the private porch. Parking is communal, but everyone is entitle to park. The neighborhood is safe and others in the building are well-mannered, friendly and always willing to help. Garbage removal is daily and located nearby as well as the water of the building is portable. For those of you who travel with luggage the building has 2 fully functional elevators.

This property is entirely usable by guests as it is an entire place booking, which includes the use of washer/dryer. The only locations that are off limits to guests are: the linen maintenance cupboard in the south-side of the bedroom and the cleaning storage with a folding door in the kitchen (these areas are labelled and locked).
