What more could you ask for?

Beautiful grounds, beautiful views great pool facility, easy access to beach. The beach was much closer than we thought it would be. Also it was nice having a garage. Walking trails were a great way to see the nice surroundings. Location was convenient to much yet it was nice to be in such a private community atmosphere where crowds did not interfere with our activities. It offered everything we needed and mote.

When we opened the front door there was sand on the floor of the unit.The furniture was tired and needed a cleaning.We found papers under the wall unit in the living room.The sofa bed had morsels of food when we opened the bed.The furniture in the living room had threads sticking out in the back.The showers needed support bars in case an elderly person was to use them.The patio furniture was old and sagging and the metal frames were old from wear and tear.The grounds were a 5.0 but this unit was a 2.5.

Condo is in an excellent location but the unit itself is extremely outdated. Furniture is torn and dirty. There is not a smart tv in the living room and the tv provided is extremely old with damage to the screen. Kitchen is not well equipped to make meals at home.

Perfect beach getaway

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and the location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and biking around made it extra great. Property manager was easy to get a hold of.

Perfect getaway

We were pleasantly surprised at the roominess and comfort of the condo. The location to both pool and beach was fantastic. Beds we’re comfortable and it was quiet. I’ll definitely be back.

Great beach trip

The property was just as advertised and was a quick trip to the beach. We had to call maintenance for one issue and they resolved it within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this property to others visiting Hilton Head.

Great location. Great place.to stay

We enjoyed the visit very much. Only one issue that was eventually resolved. The place was not perfect but very good. Bring all spices and seasonings. And bring salt and pepper. Alos lots of sunscreen.

Wondeful family Vacay

This property was perfect for our family. We had 4 kids ages 5-16 and everyone had a great time. The beach is right outside the pool area, when the littlest one was finished with beach one kf us could just take her to the pool while the otber stayed at the beach with the other kids. Definitely will be comjng back!!

Great again!

We have stayed in this villa several times now. We like the location in Windsor with the steps being easy access to walk to the beach. The room is always ready on time and clean. We also appreciate the beach towels. We have visited others places at Hilton Head but this is the villa we always come back to.
