located at LOMAS DEL SOL condominiums in the heart of the hotel zone of Nuevo Vallarta. fifteen minutes from the airport, five to ten minutes from blue flag certified beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, Walmart. etc. and various golf courses. Our condo is in a quiet gated community with two large swimming pools and 24 hour security. This fully furnished turn key condo has three bedrooms, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room, two and a half baths, complete kitchen, living and dining rooms. there is a covered patio in the back with full washer and dryer. In front there is an open patio and two car ports.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nice, quiet place under the sun!

I really appreciated my stay at this house; the condo is exactly as advertised; the owners are very responsive and gave me the information to reach the condo. The place is well-maintained with two pools and BBQ area, security 24/7, very quiet (gated community). You will find supermarkets like Chedraui, Walmart, Mega and Sam easily reachable by foot, by bus or taxi. Very good restaurants nearby and the beach (about 20 min. walk) is the best around. Thank you Ann and Jorge.

Great Holiday

Had a couple of “mishaps” but Anne & Jorge immediately took care of the issues. Washer & Dryer a bit dated but worked fine. Place needs maybe a bit of modernization but all & all very good value. The gated community was absolutely gorgeous, two pools which by the way don’t get much usage, on most days my wife & I were the only ones there. About 12 minute walk to “Coco Beach”. Numerous restaurants within 5 minute walk. Would go back in “ a New York minute” highly recommended.

Family Fun in Nuevo Vallarta

This condo was exactly as advertised and a great deal for the price. The booking was easy and the owner (Ann) gave us all the information necessary to make finding the condo, and getting settled easy. The house suited our family of 3 generations perfectly. We used the bicycles, and boogie boards. The pool and BBQ area was fantastic, we held two birthday parties there as well as numerous other suppers.It is a great place to hang out any time of the day. Transportation was easily accessible just outside the gate, you just had to hop a collective to get to Puerto Vallarta, Walmart for groceries, or a day trip down the road to another beach town. There are good restaurants within walking distance including Sonara la Sur. I would recommend this condo to any family that wants to relax in a homey environment and feel ultra safe in a gated community. We met many people in the neighbourhood that are returning for the 2nd or 3rd time. Gracias Ann and Jorge for allowing us to share your home for a month and have a memorable Christmas together.

Why they chose this property

we love vallarta town, but nuevo vallarta is now our favorite. we come to this condo often to enjoy the pools, the ocean, the tranquility. we like to ride our bikes past the oceanfront hotel zone to bucerias for exercise and have breakfast at karen's place, or encore. there are many restaurants nearby, the beach is beautiful, paradise shopping mall has everything you need. walmart is right there too. and if you golf, this is paradise, with three golf courses in close vicinity.

What makes this property unique

this condo is easy to take care of. the three bedrooms on the top floor all have closets, the master has it's own bathroom, and the other full bathroom serves the two other bedrooms. downstairs is a half bath, full kitchen, living and dining rooms, and two patios. washer and dryer included. carports for two cars.
