About this property

Campo Al Pero - Very cozy, antique stone house with pool to relax and unwind

The house is located in the municipality of Gavorrano, Province of Grosseto, Maremma, Tuscany and has its own swimming pool. Our "Campo al Pero" is the former home of a farm and is newly renovated. It lies directly below Giuncarico, on the southwest side of the hill, offering magnificent views over the Maremma plain towards the sea. It is surrounded by approximately 37th 000 sqm own land, of which we have fenced the innermost region, so that children and dogs can frolic unattended. Here it is absolutely quiet.

The ground floor is divided as follows: large living / dining room of 35m² with fireplace and kitchenette; Portico (covered terrace) of about 45m²; two double bedrooms; Guest bathroom with toilet, bath with shower and WC with its own entrance also from the garden.

The upper floor is divided as follows: living room of 25m² with satellite TV, sun terrace of approximately 25m²; a bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower and toilet; second bedroom with double bed (140 x 200), bathroom with shower and toilet

The two floors are connected via an outside staircase from the upper sundeck to the portico (covered terrace) on the lower floor leads.

The house is never rented at the same time to different guests. So you have no means strangers to themselves and the house and pool guarantee on its own. The layout of the house is ideal for two families !!!

Private and spacious country house.

An ideal place for a peaceful holiday. Perfect for a group of 2 couples and a family with 2 kids. Fully corresponded to the description and photos. Pleasantly rustic, private and spacious. We liked it and can't add anything negative. The owner answered our questions quickly and we never actually met him.

Wir haben Haus, Pool, Gegend, Meer, dolce Vita maximal genossen.Der Check-in war völlig reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir durften etwas früher an den Pool, während das Haus noch gereinigt wurde.Nils Tipps per WhatsApp waren sehr hilfreich.Wir haben extrem viel gekocht und sind super mit der Küchen-Ausstattung zurecht gekommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool.Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt. Der Pool allerdings nicht - hat uns nicht gestört.Alles eingerichtet und vorhanden.Für eine große Familie oder 2 befreundete Familien zu empfehlen.Badezimmer sind fast nur durch die Schlafzimmer zu erreichen.Muss man sich arrangieren. Hat bei unserer Konstellation aber gepasst.Ansich ist alles wie wir es aus der Toskana gewohnt sind.Nur die Hunde in der näheren Umgebung sind schon sehr laut und bellen quasi Tag und Nacht.Deckenventilatoren im oberen Stockwerk vorhanden.Vermieter ist nett, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum abschalten und entspannen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Für uns, 2 Familien, der perfekte Ort zum abschalten. Das Objekt liegt ruhig und idyllisch abgelegen aber man ist auch schnell am Strand oder in Grosseto, wo es alles gibt. Die 2 Wohnungen sind separat, die Küche im EG wird geteilt, was aber auch kein Problem ist, da sie von außen zugänglich ist. Ein absolutes Highlight, der großzügige Pool! Herr Dyken hat uns mit guten Tipps versorgt und ist telefonisch gut erreichbar. Können wir absolut weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafte Gegend

Das großzügige Ferienhaus liegt in der wunderschönen Toskana, mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Natur. Der große Pool, die Ausstattung der Küche und des Außenbereich überzeugen. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig, diverses Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Objektmanager war ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die 600 Meter Feldweg nach oben zum Haus sind allerdings eine Katastrophe und eigentlich nur für SUV geeignet. Normale Pkw oder Kombi sitzen definitiv mehrfach auf.

Wunderschönes Haus mit großem Pool

Das Haus haben wir in einem einwandfreiem Zustand vorgefunden. Der Pool und die Außendusche waren ein Traum und sehr sauber. Für zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und zwei Hunde) war das Haus perfekt, da es zwei unabhängige Wohnungen waren. Abends haben wir uns immer zum Essen an dem großen Tisch unter einem Baum getroffen.

Idyllisch und schön

Sehr abgelegt, aber mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight auch wenn der Weg dorthin etwas steil und unwegsam ist. Vielleicht könnte man hier noch etwas nacharbeiten. Wir hatten ansonsten einen rumdum schönen Urlaub mit viel Sonne, Hitze und allem drumherum. Die Zikaden hört man irgendwann nicht mehr...

Alles soweit bestens. Gemütliches Haus in der Natur. Der Anfahrtsweg zum Haus etwas holprig. Die Zirkaden etwas laut. Zimmer waren sauber. Bett bequem. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Leider etwas schlechte Internetverbindung und die letzten 2,5 Tage hatte es auch kein WLAN mehr. Der Pool war toll. Für ältere Leute, oder Leute die nicht gut zu Fuss sind, ist es etwas schwierig zum Pool zu gelangen.

Toll für einen Familienurlaub ab dem Trubel

Die Villa ist echt schön gelegen - gut die die letzten 400m zum Haus hoch ist nichts für tiefergelegte Autos, aber ansonsten gut machbar. Und ja, ein Auto braucht man unbedingt, denn es ist nichts wirklich fußläufig zu erreichen. Der nächste Supermarkt, Bar, Restaurant,Apotheke sind in Grilli, ca. 6jm entfert. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden ist man gut 30 min. mit dem Auto unterwegs. Dafür hat man viel Privatsphäre und ist unter sich. Das Haus ist in zwei Wohnungen geteilt. Das Haus wird aber immer nur als Einheit vermietet. Das Obergeschoss ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Oben befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem En-Suite-Bad und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit TV. Im Untergeschoss ist eine zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Küche mit Essecke, zwei weitere Schlafzimmer - davon leider nur eines mit angrenzendem Badezimmer...d.h., man muss immer durch das andere Schlafzimmer um ins Bad zu gehen- etwas nervig, aber gut. Dafür gibt es noch eine separate Toilette. Ansonsten ist das Grundtück und der Pool wirklich traumhaft. Liest man sich die vorherigen Rezensionen durch, so erkennt man, dass der Besitzer viele Anregungen umgesetzt hat, wie eine Dusche am Pool oder ein Licht über den Esstisch unter dem Baum. Wir würden empfehlen, den Sonnenschutz am Pool zu erneuern. Der Sonnenschirm hängt buchstäblich am seidenen Faden... und ein weiterer Sonnenschutz wäre auch nicht schlecht. Ansonsten ist alles prima. Die Kommunikation mit dem deutschsprechenden Vermieter ist rproblemlos.

Capodanno in relax

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni per festeggiare con amici e parenti, la casa è ben spaziosa calda e attrezzata, perfetta per una pausa di relax. Si trova in campagna tra uliveti secolari un totale tranquillità ha molto spazio fuori dove i bambini possono giocare senza pericoli.. non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare il proprietario ma è stato molto disponibile quando lo abbiamo contattato. Se avremmo occasione torneranno sicuramente.

Entspannung pur

Einfache aber gepflegte Ausstattung. Objektlage ist Top - Hanglage, eingezäuntes Grundstück, Alleinlage und sehr ruhig. Toller Pool!! Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und das Objekt ist für 2 Familien die eine gemeinsame Küche nutzen ideal. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Herrlich, ruhige Lage zum Entspannen

Nachdem der Schotterweg zur Anfahrt des Hauses gemeistert wurde, erwartete uns ein traumhaft gelegenes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Ob Zubehör für den Grill oder Kaffeemaschine und Milchschäumer... Der große Pool war perfekt für die Abkühlung zwischendurch und das Panorama über die Maremma ist grandios. Insgesamt waren es zwei sehr schöne Wochen!

Great pool and garden

We really enjoyed the pool especially with the heat wave. However it was especially hot in the house and additional fans or ceiling fans would have been welcomed in the bedrooms on the ground floor. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery etc….Coffee machines were a plus. (The only problem we encountered is the fact that the property manager sent us a lease contract, which was a bit confusing, since we were dealing with VRBO. On that contract it mentioned that the balance of the rental was due end of June to be paid to a bank in Germany, which my husband did. Then we got a reminder from VRBO to pay the balance by end of June in order not to loose our reservation. So we ended up paying the balance twice. We are still waiting for the reimbursement.)

Paradiso in maremma

Panorama stupendo nel mezzo di ulivi secolari, una quercia meraviglia protegge dal sole e dal caldo e la piscina e’ grande e adatta a bambini e adulti. A circa 20 min da Castiglione della Pescaia e dal suo mare limpido… e Nils ci ha supportato durante il soggiorno quando contattato. Insomma, una vacanza stupenda. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Relax e tranquillità

Villa tranquilla, isolata, pulita, lontana dai servizi ma ben curata. Ottima la piscina. Non abbiamo mai incontrato gestore, né al check in né al check out, tuttavia cortese quando contattato. Soluzione ideale per chi cerca il completo relax.
