Walk to private beach from this cozy, pet friendly cottage in the Hammocks!

Located on a quiet sandy road that ends at the beach, this is the beach get away you have been looking for!
Relax in the screen room, where you can hear the ocean waves, while your dog enjoys the fenced in yard. There are two bikes, so you can enjoy the miles of bike paths that are right outside your door, or just ride them to the beach! Bring your boat, Bings Landing is one mile down the road, with a boat ramp, kayak launch, picnic area, and a great barbecue restaurant. Historic St. Augustine is 20 minutes north, Disney World an easy 1 1/2 hour drive, and Daytona is 30 minutes south, and if you love golf, lots of great courses to play.
This cottage has a master suite with a king size bed. The second bedroom has a full and a twin, and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Two full bathrooms, large open floor plan and a well stocked kitchen. Screen room with a gas grill, and don't forget the outdoor shower! New roku televisions throughout, there is wifi, and a washer and dryer. This cottage has all the convenieces of home.

Thanksgiving by the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at the perfectly placed cottage. We were able to enjoy thanksgiving with the family and spend some time walking on the beach with the dogs. Cottage was in a nice little neighborhood with a great coffee shop just about a mile away!

Beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Just a few miles from Publix. Communication with owner was great. We look forward to another visit in the future. Be sure to catch a sunrise. They were magical and worth getting up early for.

we arrived to find a super relaxing, very clean beach house that we immediately fell in love with. just a quick bike ride and you are at the beach. totally fenced in yard for dog lovers. quiet neighborhood, quick drive to great restaurants. if you are looking for a laid back vacation this is the place to be.

Beach Vacay!

We had such a lovely vacation here and can’t recommend it enough. It was a very clean, spacious and updated home with great amenities including bikes! A short walk to the beach which was nearly empty every day, we felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves and was such a nice relaxing retreat. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic vacation and house

Fantastic place and it was really, really clean. Large kitchen with lots of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and all modern appliances. Master bedroom has a really nice shower. The backyard was great for the doggies. The beach is nice, big, and it is private so there were not many people on it. The screened in porch was great for hanging out. Val is awesome and answers chats quickly!!

We loved this house and location ❤️ Very quite street, easy stroll to beach and wonderfully comfortable house. The fenced in backyard is a bonus since our dogs love to run freely. We arrived on the heels of hurricane Milton which gave us a little scare, but other than some minor flooding everything was perfect. The house has everything you need for your stay and the walk to the beach is not only beautiful but also in a low traffic area. The road to the beach is private as is your access to the beach, which gives most of the waterfront a private feel. Communication felt like I was dealing with a family member and not an owner. All questions were answered immediately. We will definitely visit this rental again. Its location is perfect for people who like to get away from crowds but enjoy having the option. This area is a hidden gem that I hope stays that way. Perfect vacation.

We stay in a lot of VRBO properties, rarely do you walk in and marvel that it's actually better than the pics. We had an absolutely perfect vacation. The house is perfect and has everything you need. Our dogs loved the yard. It was nice they had plenty of room to run and the fence is in perfect shape so you dont have to worry about any escape artists. We went to the beach every day (dog friendly). The wagon and chairs were a great help. It's convenient to everything. Try JT's, seafood place up the road. Live music on Fri and Sat nights. We will definitely return! Communication with host was fast and easy also.

Comfy cottage by the beach

Very comfortable home within walking distance to a beautiful private beach. Even has a separate villa to hang out. This home has everything you need at an affordable price. Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay here again.
